Nice area, close to old town, easy to find

On arrival being charged an extra 30 euros for a double bed albeit we booked a double room and the bed was just 2 singles stuck together this left not a good impression

The staff went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. A special thank you to the lovely ladies at breakfast who made sure I had Gluten Free options available and who were so nice to my son.

Superb hotel, very nice modern room with massive TV. Great shower. Staff were very welcoming and friendly. Nice bar area to relax in. Was able to walk to the town in about 25 minutes - easy to locate.

The property seemed clean.

The staff specifically at reception seemed rude. I called ahead to ensure they had plenty of rooms; the woman at reception confirmed that they did. Then, when I arrived she said they had none. I asked if she was sure that there were no rooms and she confirmed that they had no rooms. When I reminded her that I had specifically asked on the phone if they had plenty of rooms, she said, “oh…ok”. Later, when my husband called down to ask if a late check-out was possible a different woman at reception said, “Ok, you can have until Noon… but then you have to GET OUT”.

Close to the University of Navarra which was the reason of our visit. Room was clean and was welcomed with a cheesecake because it was my birthday.

Room was a bit small, but normal for Europe.

They reason why I dont give full star is because after booking they send a message with an external link to make the payment. I dont like to give my credit card to Links shared by chats. There has been already scams in the chats. So I dont think this is a safe and efficient way. I would recommend the hotel to review this

Very professional and well run hotel. Nothing to dislike at all. Lovely room excellent breakfast and parking outside the hotel. The staff were lovely. Great for a city break.

A great location for seeing the city, without the noise of being in the centre. parking at the front was very easy and cheap at the parking meter. Room facilities were great and we had a super comfortable bed. The staff at reception were very helpful and friendly.

Hairs in the bed had to change room. Second room had hairs in the bed. Did not replace tiny bottle of complimentary water on the second day of stay. Poor location far from anything.

Very nice location easy walk into town. Great cafes locally.

The room smelt of smoke, we suspect people had been smoking on the balcony, but it lingers.

Room was new and quite big. Location is great, next to a very nice park (and the way to the city center is very scenic). Plenty of public parking places in front of the hotel (4,40€ per day). Staff were really helpful.

Very nice and modern hotel. It has spacious rooms, nice beds, coffe, tea and water inside. It has also steam iron as well as small fridge. It is also in nice and quite area. Our room was very quite since we were facing inner side.

On line check in I find it not user friendly. You get the link to online check in. I wanted to do it immediately and if first ask you which hotel you are staying in. I was thinking ok lets do it but I would expect that they know where I am staying. I filled in and then asked for booking confirmation number. This was a moment when I dropped off. I would expect for online check it that it already has all information since I already booked the room. It should direct me immediately to my personal data for check in and not to ask me already known questions. I did not do this, so I did the check in on the reception.Second thing, at the reception they asked me to give them my credit card number which they wanted to put in their computer (without using POS terminal) for, as they say, guarantee. I payed my room in advance, so I do not know what guarantee they were talking about (could not explain) and I did not want them to give my credit card details so that they could put in their computer. This is the perfect way for getting missused card. i refused to give them these details since I already paid the room and they accepted this after some short argumentation.I know I put quite some text here, but these things they can easily improved. But the hotel is really nice.
