Excellent central location with easy access to the main sights.The option to park in front of the hotel for 15 minutes to unload luggage is very practical.The room comes with a balcony, which is always a nice feature.The bed is comfortable, ensuring good rest.
Unfortunately, the hotel did not inform us in advance that the city center would be closed for a race until 22:00 on the day of arrival. Because of this, we couldn’t reach the long-term parking area and had to change our route around the city.The balcony lacks even basic outdoor furniture: no simple plastic chairs or a small table to enjoy a coffee while overlooking the city.

The road in front of the hotel was very busy.There are no chairs on your balcony. They seem to be refurbishing the hotel floor by floor. The 2nd floor is Not refurbished...

The location is poor - no parking on site. The rules are draconian- no drinking or eating in your room. No cafe or restaurant.Very average breakfast
I forgot an electrical converter in my room and the hotel has contacted me in case I need it. They have send it to my home in a very uncomplicated way. Thanks for this !

That there is no proper reception just a table with part time staff. I would prefer an hotel closer to the old town/ centre. This area is more business district, we couldn’t find any late bar open after leaving the old town.

The location is good. However, you must arrange a parking space as it is a nightmare getting public parking with a GB car.
The receptionist was only available for a limited time. It is an online check-in, when help was requested for parking very little support was given.

The location was great, it is very convenient to have an unloading parking at the door for 15 min. The self check-in process with a code to open the hotel door and the room door is great when you arrive late to the hotel. Very clear instructions about everything sent on whatsapp. The bathroom was fully renovated.
The only downside, a bit of noise from the cars in the street, since it's located on a busy avenue.
A peaceful stay in a great location with strong A/C and a delicious included breakfast.
I went there during peak season for the Running of the bulls so it was very expensive rate. I recommend it for its locat
