Hotel Pamplona Plaza

Everything was exactly as the pictures, and of course clean! I had great time staying at Hotel Pamplona Plaza.

Very well located with private parking underground. On good bus route into centre. Staff very helpful and pleasant

The bed was very firm but that’s the only negative

The room was comfortable and clean, the parking was secure and the staff were absolutely lovely.

The staff was very friendly and helpful with all of our requirements. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The bathroom was spacious. I liked that the parking was included. Breakfast was good.

The room was smaller than I had imagined from the pictures.

Dog friend hotel, lots of green space around.Good location and very friendly staff

The receptionists are very helpfull and we enjoyed our stay,We have stayed there a few times and will be, staying there again in the future,There is a great gym at the hotel for 24hr free use ,

20 minute walk from old city (felt safe). Nice facility and great parking garage.

Clean warm quiet parking was good

No coffee or tea making

Walkable to old town. Staff very nice and helpful. Free car parking under the hotel.

Room was very cold, heating didn't work even though we had it on for a few hours.

Nice hotel, Great secure underground parking. Receptionist was wonderful and very helpful.

Wifi, good plug sockets, clean Nice staff on reception

Noisy. We could hear next door and noisy road and rowdy teenagers outside

Clean, friendly, well located, Pets welcome, underground car park

Hair dryer poor

The bed it was single bed and we had ask for double bed.So when we were slipping the bed separated in the middle. Horrible. Overall it was ok.The room was small but very clean, but the location it was horrible!!!!!. It looks like a very bad neighborhood. And I know about bad neighborhood.......So if you have car,try to park inside the hotel.

Location and bed

It was close to the train station and in wallking distance to the old part of Pamplona.

No major dislikes. I just wish there were more Spanish restaurants close by. And maybe bigger croissants!

Parking

No kettle or facilities although could get hot water from reception/restaurant as we had our own cups etc. A little noisy with doors constantly banging maybe an access room for hotel facilities next door opening an ld closing all night & people moving furniture chairs till late above, when opening window could hear the permanent residents upstairs talking etc till early morning

Comfortable beds excellent shower15 mins walk to lift to het to old town. Lots of cafes and bars nearby. Free parking under hotel really convient.

Tea making facilities would have been a bonus.

Met our expectations from the photos and info on Booking.com. Staff was very nice and helpful. Good location, convenient to the old city as well as the train station.

Like almost every hotel in Europe, it could have had a "little" more room and some flat surfaces in the bathroom, why the h%^& that is so hard I do not understand. But it's no worse than any other hotel in Europe.

Very kind and helpful staff at reception.

The size of the room was quite small.Parking was a bit tricky with limited space available initially, but we were lucky an a spot opened-up in the end so it was ok.
