The staff are extremely friendly. The valet service for our car was excellent.The location is perfect! Very easy to walk to old town.Our room was clean, spacious and recently renovated. Very comfortable!The breakfast was very tasty. A wonderful supply of hot and cold items. One of our favorites in Spain.

The so called air conditioner is centrally controlled thus you cannot choose your room temperature. We arrived on a warm day in October and the room was hot . Due to the month the system was already set for the cold season (only heater)
We were surprised with a suite upgrade. We loved the hotel and staff and would stay here again!
The gym . Not very nice for such a nice hotel.
Location is our favorite part of the city - by San Lorenzo church and a few steps to the old town.

Unavailability of free parking at a 4* hotel is ridiculous. The parking staff was also quite rude.We were provided with a horribly torn and damaged crib for our baby. And the air dryer was full of dirt.
