Clean, cafe of the hotel is GREAT (delicious food)

Front desk staff was unwelcoming and cold. No greeting at all with our leaving and returning back to the hotel (five times in & out - not even eye contact - very unusual for a hotel).

Hotel was in a good location hotel was really clean with well decorated comfortable rooms. Staff were really friendly especially in the cafe.

I have stayed here several times. It's a great location,. Very well run with friendly staff. Spacious underground on site parking and nearby restaurants. Rooms are spacious with big bathrooms. Very clean, great character.

Room was very comfortable; great lighting options. Loved the bathtub/shower combo. Customer service was awesome at front desk and cafeteria. Loved the reciprocal gym!!!

Not having coffee/hot water available in your room or lobby. As cafeteria doesn’t open until 8 am, you have to go outside to bakery for coffee.

There is nothing to say other than perfect for our stay. The shower pressure could have been better. Otherwise, top service and hotel, location worked for us. Private, secure parking underground for my motorcycle, 6.50 euros per night.

We booked a suite, fabulous size room very comfortable

Very friendly hotel, extremely clean, and easy to get to on motorbikes. Close to the city centre 25 to 30 minutes walk. There's lots to see on the way.Breakfast bar every morning, lovely fresh food and bread.Cafe/ Resturant open till 22.30 hrs. Lovely food and classy wines to enjoy with great company.Staff are also very attentive and happy to please.It was such an enjoyable time.Thank you.

A bit far out of town for our purposes walking the Camino but that was our fault.

Lovely check in staff, hotel is beautiful and rooms are great. Stepped out front door and 15 mins later on the Camino. Great value.

Breakfast too late.The bar is soulless.No tea making / coffeee facilities in room.

Great secure parking garage for motorcycle. Super breakfast (great choice of hot and cold items at buffet). Helpful staff. Good evening meal in hotel.

Not much sightseeing opportunities in the neighbourhood

Location was ideal for us. We wanted something near the motorways but also within a 20 minute walk from the old town and this gave us what we wanted.

The room was clean, well soundproofed, and spacious. The beds were very comfortable, housekeeping was impeccable, and the front desk staff were friendly and efficient. The location is quiet, with easy access to the city center. Bus 12 stops very close to the hotel and takes you straight downtown. The hotel restaurant serves good food, and the underground parking is a big plus.

The Wi-Fi on our floor was initially weak and slow, but once we notified reception, they took immediate action to improve the connection - which was much appreciated.

Hotel Albret offers everything a decent hotel should: friendly staff, excellent service, spacious rooms, quiet air conditioning, and a great breakfast. Good quality for a reasonable price. It's in a great location just outside the bustling heart of Pamplona, easily accessible on foot. Consider it a decent business hotel or a decent tourist hotel.

Close to both the L07 (train station) & L12 (city centre) bus lines. You can also walk to Pamplona old town, very flat.We had 3 adults in each room, beds were comfortable but luggage space area is tight. We were hardly in our rooms so we managed.Great Italian restaurant close by ‘Trattoria da Pino’ in waking distance, plus a local pub. We were also able to walk to the laundromat & supermarket. Location is great & it was nice to be a little outside of all the San Fermin festivities. We could see the fireworks from our room as well.Hotel accommodated rooms together for our family which was appreciated.Reception staff friendly. Hotel also had a bus for transport into the old town during San Fermin which we used.Great hotel in quiet area and good access to public transport & food options.

Rooms a bit tight with luggage. Attempted to get food from the cafeteria but staff in this area not overly receptive which is why we tried the local restaurants which were great.

Lovely exterior. Hotel immaculate. Staff helpful and very friendly. Great breakfast and handy cafaeteria adjoining
