The hotel is in a great location and near attractions. The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Pillows were the right size, not real big. Ample supply of toiletries.

Check-in was not a good experience with Inigo. Very business-like and rushed through the process. Acted like we were an inconvenience to him. We noticed that the other staff members were very warm and friendly to the guests they checked-in.

Location is amazing. Fall out of bed into the streets of the old city. The staff were very helpful and welcoming

The hotel room was very large and clean but missed the mark of 4 star, in three areas: not soundproof ( heard every door open and close) needs modern refurbishment, and view from window that did not open was wall.

Parking not very accessible. First room was smelling smoke. No help with the luggage.

Needs to update furniture and make it more cozy. Staff should be more helpful with luggage... they don't even ask if we need help... also consider parking is not easy to access.

Everything (except the bar was closed for cleaning!!) ;-) Very helpful and accommodating, English speaking staff. Proximity of easy parking. Very central location - we wanted to go to CAFE IRUÑA! Big comfy beds.

This was a return to the hotel where I had already stayed in 2017. The room had been refurbished since my previous stay. Pleasant hotel, great location at the city centre, close to the main attractions, eateries and cafés. The car park is not at the building itself (this would be even better) but is very close by. A happy choice of hotel.

Right in the old town. Easy to walk everywhere. Near cafes for breakfast and about 10 to 15 minutes to restaurants for lunch or dinner.

Spacious, nicely updated room and bath; good wi-fi and comfy bed. Friendly staff, at check-in and throughout my stay. Close to the lively parts of the center. I didn't have breakfast, but there's a restaurant on site plus lots of other options nearby.

Despite visiting in autumn, my room was generally too hot. The air conditioning was weak, and the window also wouldn't stay open (it was too high on the wall for any furniture to prop it open). The particular street where the hotel is located is kind of bleak and deserted, but it's a very short walk to more appealing areas.

Very secure parking for our two motorcycles. Great location in older part of city on the Running of the Bulls route. Excellent friendly staff.

Great central location. All sights and shops of the old town within walking distance. Nice bathroom, with bathtub.

The location was perfect. Secure parking nearby and can stop outside hotel to unload first. The shower was amazing.

The communal parts are a bit tired.
