Hotel Ciudadela Pamplona

Very clean, comfortable, quiet and extremely convenient.

A bit stark and unadorned.

Staff are friendly and helpful. Hotel is in a good location for touring and the parking is close by.

Good location for a night while hiking the Camino. Close to the route as well as restaurants and stores in Pamplona!!

Just a really basic, no frills room (and I mean no frills... no coffee maker... no extras of any kind).... but it's nice, clean, a great location, an awesome shower, and a little coffee shop in the lobby. Fine.

It's a bit stark. There is no sense of it actually being a hotel. It's just a room to stay in that had a good bed and a great shower... and that's ok!

The room was kept spotless clean including the linen. After a long walk from camino arriving to a clean room was much needed, and they were outstanding

The temperature of the cooler in the room wasn’t cool enough but it didnt bother me at all.

We came here for San Fermin with kids, the hotel was able to book both rooms very close to each other. We have patio overlooking the busy street for all the fun. This was a great find! Not an inexpensive hotel but the beds were so comfortable, location couldn't have been better. Great cafe below, easy check in process. The hotel told us where to park in the garage very near. We could see the fireworks display from our patio. Very safe area on outskirts of city center which was great because it was not so loud but also so much going on right at our door. Rooms were beside each other but not connected.

Everything was great was just expensive but price per room is to be expected for the event! We still feel like the price was worth it for the ease of our stay in the city! Great hotel staff too! Thank you.

My second time staying here. Convenient location, clean, friendly staff! Also I advised that we had a very late arrival and there was no problem checking in.

Stayed during San Fermin, property was very well managed considering the amount of ppl.

Like that the property had a small tapa bar. Made it convenient to enjoy a glass of wine and a quick bite.

The Staff was great..greeted us when we arrived and thru out our stay everyone was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was very good aswell will definitely return

Room was smallish

Nice break from the Camino. Great restaurant! The employees were fabulous to deal with on check in and in the restaurant. They welcomed this weary walker with smiles and assistance!

A little off the Camino but worth the stay!

The location cannot be beat. We are in the heart of all the activities. The staff is lovely. Parking at nearby car park was close and easy.

No ability to stream on TV (except YouTube). The pillows on the beds are long and flat. Not comfortable at all. Bathroom was very close to one of the beds.

Alexandra at the front desk was extremely kind and helpful.

Brkfst was really average for the price.

We found the staff to be incredibly friendly and very helpful, the room was very comfortable and we loved that there was a cafe downstairs for coffee.The hotel is excellently located near nice restaurants and all the sites we wanted to see. What did you not like?

The only complaint was the room we had did not have an outdoor facing window but had a strange window onto a public courtyard.

We loved the location of the hotel, right on the edge of the vibrant old town. It was so easy to walk everywhere from there and we enjoyed the downstairs pintxos bar when we wanted a quick bite to eat or a glass of vino tinto. One of our highlights was sitting on our sunny balcony watching a brass band go past ,followed by a group of happy, dancing people. It really captured the atmosphere of the city.

We would have appreciated some basic supplies in the room such as a kettle or. coffee machine. The staff did their best to organize some hot water and cups for us

Receptionist was terrific! Breakfast was wonderful. Location great.

Can't think of a thing ... except noise from a special event in town until 2 am
