Pros +
- Great location, stylish fittings and finishes, comfortable beds, nice and clean, helpful and friendly staff, great breakfast too
- Convenient location next to the Camino Frances route. Staff provided excellent service! And the restaurant dinner was delicious!
- The location is excellent, within and easily walkable to the whole historic old town. Good breakfast with choices of eggs, meats, cheeses, cereals, yogurt and fruit. Bed was comfortable. Magnified mirror on wall for us older folks. Good help unloading car. Parking.
Cons -
- A bit hard to find and very narrow access due to poorly parked cars.
- Room was kinda small but adequate.
- I would never consider this a 4-star property. The king suite we had (503) was an odd setup with medium blue walls, no artwork and quite dark even with the drapes wide open. No walk-in closet, as advertised, just a glass wardrobe with a single-drawer table in the middle. One pair of slippers and an empty sleeve where the other pair should’ve been were in a drawer (tried dialing 100 for reception as instructed but didn’t work). The bathroom pedestal sink had little space for toiletries. No under sink cabinet so hung the extra toilet paper roll on a hook. They don’t provide hair conditioner or body wash. The dryer is the old style on the wall. The heat gets turned off twice a day, as it’s centrally controlled even in freezing temps. We felt the cool air when it went off. Forget the restaurant. We were so cold in there and only one woman working, it took way too long and the food was mediocre. I’d try staying someplace else next time.

Central location on the old town, good sized room and clean. Excellent breakfast and friendly staff.
The hotel is in the old town of Pamplona and it was a bit of a trek uphill from the bus station, but this was not a deal breaker.
Stylish, friendly staff, great food
The location was fantastic, the hotel was beautiful and The hotel breakfast was outstanding
The beds were not that comfortable. Too hard and not enough pillows
Location
Air conditioning was not provided and the room was uncomfortable.
we were upgraded to a suite. That was good after a difficult drive.
driving there was a challenge.
The room, size and comfort, the furnishings, the location.
The bed was comfortable And location
The bathroom was big but not enough space to put any toiletries The shower super narrow and the tub half glass cover no matter how you adjust it Water leaked out all over the floor The staff when we arrived never gave us any information about the hotel the never told us the water we used was going to be charged forEvery hotel we have been in they said we could drink the bottled water that was provided for us at no cost We’ve been in very good hotels and here the receptionist looked at us many times and never took care of us until 20 minutes after we were waiting at the lobby. We were just arriving from one of the stages of the Camino Frances and it looked like we were not worthy of their hotel. We like to have nice accommodations to get some rest and don’t mind spending the money that we luckily have but we don’t need to be treated that bad. I love Spain but I think if I come back to Pamplona I will avoid this hotel and give my business to another hotel.
Beautifully renovated rooms, spacious, very clean, plush towels. Mini fridge in closet. Nice bar area in lobby and expansive breakfast options.
No complaints. Had they offered overnight laundry service that would have been a dream.
Beautiful property in a great central (but quiet) location in Pamplona. All the amenities I could have asked for - including a tub for a proper soak after the arduous journey from Saint Jean Pied de Port - great recommendation for a masseuse right around the corner. The breakfast the next day was by far one of the best I’ve encountered on the trip - don’t sleep on that!
Nothing - all was great.
The hotel is in an excellent location for exploring Pamplona AND walking the Camino. We arrived after a long day and were delighted with our room and its view. The bed was very comfortable. We decided to explore the city instead of having meals in the hotel.
Hiking the El Camino. Incredible location. Very friendly staff. Exceptional morning breakfast! I would stay here again.
Liked the overall decor theme of the hotel, the room area was great.
Had a very bad welcoming experience. The following morning the room was not cleaned. We had to wait for the front desk to change the towels.
Location, very clean and comfortable. Good shower. Valet parking, knowledgeable staff
No coffee in room
Clean and comfortable! Beds are amazing!! Right on the Camino!
So beautiful, great location, comfortable and quiet. Amazing breakfast and lovely outdoor area around the pool.
Great room, excellent breakfast buffet
Breakfast was additional
Great location. Great helpful employees!
The room was hot when we arrived. We closed the curtains and it solved the issue. We could not control the temperature. It was set at 20c / 70F. The chairs do not provide back support.
