Hotel Bed4U Pamplona

It lived up to expectations. Would stay again.

In spite of being a new facility, the stay revealed unusually poor plumbing construction standards .When other rooms flushed, it sounded as though water would gush from your rooms drains.Can't blame the hotel for subpar building codes.

Reasonable price and close to pamplona

Family room very tight for space

We went during the Running of the Bulls, so all the hotels in the city center were super expensive. Thankfully, this location was only a 10 minute drive to downtown.Despite the look from outside and its location right next to the gas station surrounded by industrial shops, the noise was minimal except drunk guests. Surprisingly, the bed was pretty comfortable and had good 3 nights.

Our room had a separate toilet, but the shower and the sink were right next to the bed. The inside of the shower and the shower head were rusty.

Noisy at night thin walls

Efficient, friendly staff; small, clean, modern rooms with exceptionally comfortable beds and simple but well-arranged facilities. Nice bright lounge/bar area near Reception; drinks and snacks 24/7. Good free parking right outside the door. Easy, frequent public bus service into town (staff will help explain and have maps). Excellent breakfast. Filling station next door with small convenience store.

When we arrive at night, there was still large variety of supper. The receptionist was very friendly.The breakfast was absolutely superb.

The price, the clean bed sheets. Can’t complain for the price

The carpet on the floor, and the early noise of the cleaning cart. The neighborhood is remote.

Given that summers are very hot, we really missed having a mini-frige in the rooms.

Asked for twin room and close to each other , despite booking 7 months before this was not provided, no food on a Sunday night

Location not great but ok for the price

Staff were so friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble, and they were quite happy for our large group of cubers to take over the dining table to practice for their speed cubing competition. Beds were comfy and the black out blind was fantastic.

A little bit more storage space would have been good as we were staying for a week. Out of town which was perfect location for us at the Navarra area, but may be a problem for some people although I believe there were frequent buses.

Rooms were a little on the small side

The bed was comfortable. The breakfast was delicious and fresh. The main area was great to be in with our fellow travellers. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The aircon in the rooms was excellent. We had a brilliant stay. There was a bus stop right outside and it only took 15 minutes to the town centre.

There was nothing right near the hotel, except a petrol station.

The staff were all super friendly and accommodating. The room was minimal but modern and clean and cool which was perfect for our stay in the summer. The shower was excellent. Breakfast was a good selection of fruits, pastries, meats, some cereal, fruit juices including a fresh orange maker and coffee machine. Evening meal was a smaller selection of dishes but never failed to find something I liked. Also it was an easy bus ride into town on the No.16.

There was no mini fridge to keep our chocolate from melting or drinks cool while away from the hotel during the day and no means of making tea in the room. I'd assumed there would be, but these items were not listed as included when I booked so can't hold it against them!

The rooms and all communal areas were all clean and functional. Staff were always polite, friendly and were knowledgeable when asked advice on local matters. A very relaxed and enjoyable stay.

We chose this hotel due to its location and proximity to an event we attended. If we did not need to attend the event we may look at other locations to be closer to town.

Hotel Bed4U Pamplona offers modern accommodations with convenient amenities. However, our experience was marred by a couple of issues. Initially, we were given a room that had not been cleaned. The following morning, housekeeping accidentally unlocked our door while we were still sleeping, which was quite unsettling.
