Views we're great, rooms we're very clean,

Restaurant menu was limited during San Fermin festival. No vegetarian options m.

Huge bedroom with somewhat unusal but functional layout. We travelled during the winter but during the summer the balcony would have been nice to sit outside and soakup the atmosphere.

Drive in / entrance difficult to find and somewhat complicated particularly at night. The restaurant food was mediocre with limited selection, poor quality, over-priced and poorly presented. As a result, it is unlikely we will be returning.

Stayed on my way from St Malo, Brittany, to La Manga, Spain in the car. Huge hotel, very comfortable and plenty of room to move around. The secure underground parking was free. I had a fantastic meal in the restaurant. Fish of the day and for pudding French Toast and ice cream, recommended by the excellent barman and was delicious and beautifully presented by the chef. Friendly staff, especially the barman and lovely girl in reception. Would definitely stay again

Location as a stop over on our journey to Cognac was perfect and easy to find. The building was new and modern and the facilities exceptional

Unfortunately the Spar was closed but other than that it fitted well with our needs

The room was amazing: large, well-equipped and with great view to woods and hills. Parking is free from charge and good accessible. Staff are proficient in English and friendly & efficient. Albeit it is located outside the old city it is reasonable easy to reach by car (I have no experience with public transport or taxi).

The bar seems to be closed most of the time. But I didn’t investigate.

- A bit clinical- Quiet at end November, especially in restaurant

The pepper mills were empty of pepper corns. Pity the spa was closed for repairs.

Great location to old town. Excellent service from front desk especially the mention Laura, who was so helpful and cheerful. A asset to the hotel. Also, breakfast was super again staff extremely cheerful and helpful. I would certainly recommend this hotel.

Large, spacious rooms and bathrooms. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Very expensive and nothing open. We arrived just before lunch - no facilities like a cafe, bar or dining room open.

The breakfast and the room were excellent and it is a short walk into the centre of Pamplona

It is quite ridiculous you have to pay extra for the spa and you have to book a slot, when previously it was available to all and for no extra charge and no allotted time

Beautiful and modern property with hydrotherapy and a wonderful front desk staff who was both knowledgeable and helpful!

Very nice room, we had free upgrade to a suite, huge comfortable bed, good shower

Room was exceptional. Very large. Breakfast was great.

Dinner was slightly disappointing. We both had the burger which was very good but the fries were very poor.

Had a lovely room however the design features were not so user friendly.Parking included in price but breakfast extra.

The pool was an extra €30 I think for us both. Use of pool and spa. If you only wanted to swim it was still full amount. Our dinner was good but cuisine minceur.Restaurant was very understaffed. Felt sorry for them as there was only 1 on duty in the evening. Possibly 2 in the morning when it was very busy

Spacious room with big window and beautiful view! Confortable bathroom facilities!

Very comfortable beds, excellent showers, air con perfect, coffee machine in the room, perfect location.

Very laboured check in process, pool and spa had to be booked to a room and was not available during our stay which was a shame because the pool and spa was one of the main reasons we booked.

Comfortable yet a bit pretentious. Spacious room and nice garden view at the restaurant.

In the middle of nowhere. Zero privacy in the showe in a 3 person room. Views onto the main road.

The room was more like a suit than a room. Private balcony. Electric blinds. Bath in the room. Amazing.

Lovely hotel, we got a free upgrade to a suite which was nice. It’s a little out of town so we needed to get a taxi but that cost less than €10. The girl on reception was very nice and helpful
