The Ibaizabal restaurant serves Basque and international dishes. The B-Lounge serves snacks and drinks. The hotel has a 24-hour front desk, allowing for greater flexibility during your stay. - Excellent location. We walked everywhere. Staff was fabulous. Breakfast buffet was delicious. Room was spacious and very comfortable. Would stay there again!

- I asked for a queen bed and they gave us 2 twin beds put together.
- The hallways on each floor were dark and warm, I guess that's there way of conserving energy.
- Frustrating web site. No USB ports. No bottled water included. Tiny room. Room not serviced at all until requested. My water bottle discarded, despite not being in trash. Coffee packets not replaced. The only hotel in this whole trip not wonderful.
