The hotel was close to everything and the beds were comfortable

The bathroom has no door. It is open to the room and the toilet has a swinging door that goes 3/4 to the ceiling. If you are traveling with a partner you better be very comfortable with hearing everything they do in the bathroom.

Excellent location. Comfortable bed and pillows. Delicious breakfast. Attentive staff.

The location is perfect, just out of the old town and walking distance to anything in San Sebastián! The staff is great and welcoming ! This is my second time in the duplex suite and we enjoy it!

Couple of simple fixes the hotel should consider in the duplex suite: 1) add a garbage can in the livingroom, it is quite annoying to have to go upstairs to find one! 2) at a 4 star hotel in 2025, we expect Smart TVs while you are able to cast movies from personal device in the livingroom TV the one in the bedroom does not allow it, you can add an amazon stick or google chrome cast to your existing tv for less then 30€ and completely change the experience of your guest! I really hope those simple changes will be implemented as this is truly the only things that were bothering during our stay and would have made a big difference at very little cost to the hotel !

Location was excellent for walking all over San Sebastián waterfront and old town. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Room and common areas were very clean and elegantly furnished.

It was pricey but we loved our stay

Perfect location - out of the fray of old town but a three minute walk to get there. Stunning plaza across the street for a nice view when you exit. Coffee shop and bakery just next door. Staff was super friendly and helpful - recommendations, travel help, booking bus to airport. Bed was very comfortable and the room was clean and spacious.

This isn’t a comment on the property really, but the room I had didn’t get a lot of sunlight in the morning (facing in), so if that’s important to you, just check.

Really class Hotel, superb location 5 minutes walk from the Old Town. The most comfortable beds with a pillow menu which was great. The staff really top it off though and are the cream on the top, everyone of them is pleasant, welcoming and helpful greeting with a genuine smile. I have to single out the cleaner Christopher who did an amazing job on our room, it was immaculate each day on our return in the afternoons.

Bathroom toilet was bit weird with not a full door that went up to the ceiling but have come across this on the continent before.

Great location, super stylish rooms and a front desk crew committed to helping out and ensuring our stay was awesome.

If I could think of some shortfalls, it would be two, dark rooms (not lighting but sunlight) and lack of slippers (in fairness, we did not ask)

We loved everything about this hotel , friendly staff , hotel clean ,perfect location. Second time we stayed here , we were here six years ago and never disappoints.

First of all 5 stars to the staff! They couldn’t have been more helpful and personable. The hotel is very attractive and the location is perfect you can see the beach it’s only 2 blocks away. Old Town 10 minutes, shops Zara etc 5 minutes. The bed was very comfy and because the rooms are so well soundproofed we didn’t hear our neighbors once. The room was immaculate with a good strong shower. It was hotter than usual in June so we had the A/C on briefly. You couldn’t even hear it and it was very efficient.

The location was excellent. Very close to Old Town and all the restaurants. Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection of items. Nice quiet small park directly across the street.

Parking lot that they contract with was a bit far away but was easy to access and exit. Come and go privileges are available.

The location was outstanding as well as the staff.

The bathroom and shower were very modern in terms of decoration but very unsafe. The toilet area did not have a lock in the door so it couldn’t be closed so no privacy. The shower door did not close well either which for me it’s a hazard.

Lovely room. Great products in bathroom replaced each day. They have face cloths! Super helpful staff. Good bed. Excellent location.

Didn’t think breakfast was as good as other places we had stayed
