Extremely helpful staff, very comfortable room that was nicely designed.

It was confusing to figure out how to drive to the entrance, but once we called, the staff explained the directions.

Loved everything about this hotel, but especially the amazing view, rooftop pool, and perfect location.

Great location, walking distance to bars, restaurants, with a great view of the La Concha beach. Inside great hotel amenities, bedroom and bathroom were super clean and modern (with a heated floor!)

It could get pricey if you are visiting during peak seasons

Met us as soon as we exited the taxi with friendly service, 2 glasses of Cidra that we immediately took to the rooftop to drink. The view was amazing!! La Concha beach was gorgeous! Provided us with helpful info anytime we needed. They saw it was my birthday on my passport and provided an amazing little pastry from Oiartzun and a card. What a sweet touch. Everything was so close. LGBT friendly.

Gorgeous building, spacious rooms with incredible views.

The location is ideal for exploring the city. At check-in our room had a strong cigarette smell, but the front desk resolved it quickly by moving us to a different room. The new room was clean, comfortable, and the shower worked well.

Breakfast was included in our rate and was one of the reasons we chose this property over others. The first two mornings were fine. On the final morning, though, service never occurred. We arrived early as the only guests in the room, received menus and coffee, and then no one returned. We tried to get attention, but no staff came back. Because the included breakfast involves ordering from the menu, relying only on the small buffet that day did not reflect the experience we selected the hotel for.That same morning the window in our room would not close after being opened, and we had to secure it with a trash can. We mentioned this at checkout.

The location was outstanding. The roof top accommodations and view were excellent.

Need to improve communications with transport service. Specifically, the transport service should be re-confirmed upon check in. Also shouldn't charge extra fee when reservations were not made for breakfast.

Simply amazing! Right down in the historical part of the city close to the restaurants and bars and the beach. Amazing views of the city! Exceptional staff, great breakfast and maybe one of the best hotel rooms we’ve ever stayed in. 10 out of 10!!

Beautiful location overlooking the harbour and beach .The roof terrace on the top floor was lovely.

It was in the middle of the annual noisy San Sebastián festival. Ear plugs were supplied by the hotel to try to reduce the noise from the various bands which played very near to the hotel .

Don’t u see stand why they don’t want to accept teenagers. We had to look for another hotel for our son. A toddler would disrupt the peace but not a 14 yr old who was supposed to share a room with his 27 yr old brother

Excellent location. Very clean and modern, but in the middle of old town. Just a minute away from the beach.

Difficult to drop off the car considering the large number of pedestrians on the streets around it.

Location was amazing!

Room was small, and had very few amenities in it. Would have liked a refillable water bottle. Pool service were odd, it was closed but open, someone was serving but not really, hours were not matching what the door said. The eco friendly lights in the room were really difficult to operate and if one person left the room they would all turn off which was not ideal

Great location for walking anywhere in San Sebastián. We arrived and spent three nights. The hotel sends you a YouTube video to get to the hotel because google and Apple Maps don’t take you close enough. I suggest the valet parking for peace of mind, it was very easy. The jamon for the room was amazing. The hotel is clean and very beautiful. They offer all the amenities you could want. Hotel room was quite big. Heated floors in the bathroom were my fiances favorite! The room was cleaned daily and the shower was amazing. We loved the water pressure. Automatic bidet in the room and it’s safe to drink the water from the sink which was nice. Bed was super comfortable and our king bed was huge! The temperature in the room was nice and pillows were comfy. We slept very well. Overall no complaints. The rooftop pool was closed but no big deal. I will say that online the pool looked big but it’s no more than a one lane pool but I’m sure it’s great in summer. Breakfast everyday was nice. Fresh fruits, pastries, dairy free milk, Spanish meats etc along with made to order eggs and pancakes. Solid value and a nice buffet Everyone was very nice and eager to help and they helped us celebrate our engagement Would love to stay here again and will be a fond memory we look back upon
