Hotel Zaragoza Plaza

Location to town

Overpriced, shelves in bathrooms were no stable on wall and everytime I stood up they were in the way and would want to fall off. Was not even offered a free coffee in the morning and the unit in the room wasn't working. Staff was ok, but no warmth.

the location is great and very close by and easy access for everywhere the town in general is very cozy and nice.

in general the hotel is less than normal expectations as the room is not really comfortable or feels well to stay in .. the bed is not comfortable and for the price paid i still believe its not worth the money

Location just blocks from the beach and close to bars and restaurants

Nightclub across the street was loud for one night…

The location is perfect near everything. The staff is really friendly and helpful

The room is too small and the bed was not really comfortable

Its proximity to La concha beach. It’s also comfortable and quiet. I slept well.

Clean and comfortable and the duty manager at reception was very friendly and helpful.

Construction noise

Location, location, and location. Cleaningness. Pillows were very comffy. Rooms were renewed.

Shower was quite small.

The location is perfect. It’s only a few minutes walk from all over. The receptionists were very helpful when we asked for recommendations. We were also able to leave our bags before checking in and after checking out. The bathroom and room were clean.

The noise from outside is very audible in the middle of the night, as well as in the hallways.

Convenient location, extremely friendly staff and clean ammenities

Clean room, convenient for station.

Mould on the shower grouting. Mattress was poor and uneven. Very noisy. A lot of noise from street below (bar?), kept me awake until 3 am

The property looked clean and very updated. The room was clean and efficient, plenty of space for what I needed as a single person.

The shower flooded easily into the bathroom. The service in the room assumes I only like a little bit of coffee without creamer. Or tea without creamer. I left my suitcase on the floor after it fell off the suitcase rack because it was small, which has never happened to me before. I was really glad I was on the first floor because of that.

Great location and pleasant, reasonably priced room.

Complicated aircon system

Great location very friendly staff and the room was comfortable

location

Booked a twin room but when we arrived there were none available, they said they had emailed me that morning but I'd been driving through France for 9 hrs so didn't see the email!I asked for another room, but none available, asked for a refund told I couldn't have one. Had too sleep on the floor as was traveling with a friend and we are 2 guys over 190cm Not impressed and would defiantly not take the risk of requesting a twin room at this hotel

location was superb. Staff was helpful. Room was adequate.

There are unexpected sloping floors. We think they should have markings/tapes to indicate the issue because it is dangerous. Also, I am very short and if I had not been traveling with my husband, I could not have reached the shower head to use it.

We stayed on a Saturday. It was extremely noisy outside until 3.30am and we got little sleep.

Great location, nice and helpful staff, clean rooms, super comfy beds

Small but comfortable room and bed. Very clean and quiet and a great location.

Nothing - everything was great

The location was very goood in the centre of town close to both railway stations.

No power free point near the bed. The existing one was taken up by a telephone and a coffee machine.

Very clean and comfortable. Ideal location near the beach. Super helpful staff. Very nice stay.
