It was clean

The temperature was like 40 degrees, I turned off the heater and open the window but it continued to pump hot air, after 3 hours I was still sweating I couldn’t sleep, I call reception and their answer was “ open the window” outside was 3 degrees but still couldn’t drop the room temperature, horrible experience

Dogs - They allow pets; which can bring fleas and diseases. This wasn’t clear in their Booking profile.

The place was not horrible, but it was not nice either.

I feel like I was deceived by the picutre. The hotel did not feel like a 4 start hotel but more like 3 stars. It felt more like a Courtyard Marriott or Ibis hotel. There was a lot of wear and tear in the room and the design looked really cheap.

The breakfast.

Absolutely dirty. The fridge was not cleaned out with food from previous occupants still there the front staff had to get it, I then discovered later on that the garbage bin in the bathroom was also not emptied. So now the cleanliness of the whole room is suspect. There were also no toiletries provided except for towels and toilet paper. It doesn’t deserve a 4 start and for over $300/ night we could have chosen another hotel to spend the night while traveling through Spain.

Room size, bed and bed tools were very comfortable, overall i was satisfied with me room. I would go back there again if i'll be there in future.

Breakfast was ok , not a fancy and diversed, but ok.

Comfortable bed

Dirty bathrooms with mold on tiles and grout. I mentioned it the first day, but bathroom remained basically the same during 5 days we stayed there. No coffee maker or water heater in the bedroom.

the only good thing was the balcony and the view rest was very bad experiences

breakfast was not up to the stranded - receptionist was very rude and not helpful at all - while checking out we found out that our car backdoor glass was broken and our items was stolen and we asked for help to call the police but she was not cooperative even while we have such emergency ................... not recommended at all

A bit further from town and a bit more money than we had been paying.

Spacious room with large terrace (if you have one), nice city view, good location - walkable distance to the beach, and a bus stop to city centre just 50 meters from the hotel door, free parking. Very fresh green air at night.

The room was clean, silent, functional. Comfortable bed. Great shower! Service very friendly and helpful. Public transportation stops right in front and behind the hotel. Parking is free on Saturdays and Sundays.

Size of the room and general appearance of the hotel were not what one expects from a 4 stars hotel. Parking on weekdays is at a cost.

Great dining/bar area to have a drink or dinner.

It was a little far from the town and not much around to walk to.

Super friendly staff, nice rooms and a fantastic breakfast!

Very clean, beautiful rooms, safe parking, comfortable beds, spacious bathroom, great balcony. Location was also a plus, as you can walk to coffee shops and restaurants and the bus takes you to old town.

I stay at this hotel all the time. I recommend it to my friends and family. Good underground parking. Excellent location, the service staff is very kind and helpful.

It’s far from the city center

Pros: large clean rooms, everything is in very good condition. The bed is a large size, the three of us slept with a 5-year-old child. The hotel staff is very polite, we were checked in 20 minutes earlier. The main disadvantage: the room was hot and stuffy, it was not possible to turn on the central air conditioning, but we did not bother to call the reception. It was also a little noisy from the road, how long the window was kept open. There is a free parking close to hotel.

Very nice hotel in residential quite area very close to the old town and main attractions. We travelled by car and hotel has its closed private parking, In 5 minutes you can be in city center by car or taxi. Hotel staff was very nice and helpful, full recommendation. Breakfast is good and overall atmosphere calm and enjoyable. Be aware that there is a very busy street on one side of hotel so if you need to open the window you hear traffic noise, which was not the issue for us, but may be if you would stay longer.

Be careful when existing the parking because there is no indication that the door will be opening up on the car. My husband went out from the car to push the opening button and by the time he got back the door almost hit against the car because the door opens lateral rather than sliding as we expected and hence approached by car closer.

Location not great for accessing the town. Also not clear on how to exit car park which resulted in car park gate opening up on car
