Excelente location. La comida muy buena y el staff fue muy atento desde el principio.

The hotel was very nice. It is ideally located to get to the beach, Old Town, and the shopping district. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful to us as we do not speak Spanish or Basque. The included breakfast is worth the price.

It was close to the promenade (but not directly in front of it)

Complete lack of customer service by management and dishonest rates.

Rained 3 days, beach town, no umbrellas at the front desk? Every other hotel in the area did have them available for guests.

The location is strategic - a block from the beach, a short walk to downtown shopping/dining and the Old Town. The renovated room was extremely well-appointed and comfortable (great bed!). The staff was extremely helpful.

Neither the exterior nor the interior gives the impression of a four-star hotel - the lobby is a weird mishmash of designs, largely outdated, and instead of elevators that take you to any floor, there's one for the garage, another from the first floor on up, and an annoying mini-elevator from the lobby. The hotel itself is situated amid a sea of trash bins on a block that, when we visited, was marred by lots of ugly construction. And while the location is convenient to many things, the surrounding blocks aren't lively. Overall, I think it's overpriced.

Location and staff are amazing. They deserve the 4 star rating.

The room size for a family of four is too small. A bit uncomfortable for the price point.

Location is ideal,our room has side sea view which is a bonus,breakfast is satisfactory,hotel staff is helpful

The towels should be renewed,the bunch bed’s ladders are too thin ,it shoul be changed with a wider ladder,The bath can be renovated and the bathing tub can be changed with flat floor shower.

Lovely hotel and staff, very helpful, room was very nicely appointed with a gorgeous view (504).

Right in the heart of the city, a minute's walk from the beach, but quiet. The room had great views. The bed was very comfortable. We were on holiday with our dog and they provided a dog bed, dog bowls and some treats. There was an area adjoining the dining area where we were able to have our breakfast with our dog.

There was nothing to dislike.

this is simply not a 4 star hotel and i would never return . Really poor rooms and facilities

i was given a room for a handicapped person with inadequate toilet and shower facilities . Bed was way too small . so i changed for day 2 but even then the toilet and shower facilities were poor there are multiple road works near the hotel which make is difficult to approach the hotel . the hotel should have advised us and provided an alternative rout there were almost no facilities in the hotel and breakfast was average
