Great place to stay in San Sebastian. The parking is free and it is close by the center of the city.The building is amazing, the bed was very comfortable and the shower is great.The hotel is very safe with a great gate and card entrance system.

Little bit noisy from the road, probably the hotel needs to invest in new sound proof windows.

Wonderful stay. The hotel is about a 10–15 minute walk from the center of San Sebastián, which makes it convenient but also pleasantly quiet. The room was very comfortable and the bed was excellent — great sleep quality.Breakfast was very good, with a nice selection and good quality. Having on-site parking is a big plus in San Sebastián. The staff were consistently friendly and professional, always ready to help with anything and making the stay feel effortless.

The building is gorgeous, the room is very spacious and makes you feel like home as well as the staff that are great

Our stay at Hotel Villa Soro was amazing, the staff was very friendly, the room was amazing and the hotel is so beautiful, a little oasis in San Sebastian. They also have bicycles that you could borrow for free, which is a great way to get around San Sebastian. It was our first time in the area and we will definitely come back and stay at the same hotel!

Amazing villa, very luxurious vibes and many nice details like Diptyque products in the bathroom.

If you don t let the window opened the smell is not quite nice in the room (we had the deluxe room without balcony).Very old and small TV without smart apps such as Netflix and the others (basically if you arrive tired you cannot watch anything as all the movies on. Or al channels are doubled).Breakfast should be included in the price as is not a very rich one (we bought the breakfast for our last day and it was very weak for the money, no jamon pe vegetables even in Spain)z

20 minutes walking distance from the old town

I loved the hotel, the building itself is extremely charming.The staff was lovely and helpful.We loved the breakfast tooThe beds are very comfy as well, we truly felt at home

There were some thing that i really didnt appreciate- the fact that parking is charged…- you cannot really charge your phones in the hotel room during the night, the moment you turn off the lights the electricity also goes off with it in the room (even if the card is in) therefore we had issues with our phones not being charged, and i could not understand why- superior rooms being underground.ok we had a private patio and the room was spacious but we couldnt see the sky during our stay and also the room had a very humid smell therefore we needed to air all the time

The rooms were nicely decorated and very comfortable. Breakfast was full of options. They have bicycles available for free, which you can take and ride into town. Definitely, I suggest staying there.

They charged us to park our car in their private area for 12 euros per night.

Perfect location away from the buzz of the city center, but within walking distance. The staff was fantastic and the property is beautiful!

The room was located in the basement with a walkout patio. Would have preferred a room on a higher floor. Don't think the booking made it clear that the room would be in a basement.

The hotel was in a quiet area outside of the old town but easily accessible by taking a short bus ride. We drove in and the villa has its own parking, so no need to stress going into town and finding parking. The villa is beautiful and the grounds were impeccable. The room was very comfortable and very tastefully decorated.

We stay at this hotel whenever we are in San Sebastián! We both feel that there’s some magical about it, from the room to the gardens to the staff. It makes us relax even more, we both sleep better here

It’s 20-25 minutes walk to the old town but almost never take a taxi or drive. We enjoy walking the streets of San Sebastián even when it rains

Stunning property and interior design, exceptional staff, lovely breakfast, Diptyque products.

My one complaint was the shower…overly finicky design that made changing water temperature nearly impossible.

All around amazing place, mattress a little too soft our taste. Although out of city center, they provide bikes which was great as it allowed us to explore the city, which has great bike paths.Staff extremely helpful.

The staff was warm, welcoming, and helpful. One, who worked the afternoon ahift, we failed to get her name, was most enthusiastic and suggested a wonderful restaurant where we had our best meal in San Sebastian.
