Location near bus and train station. Quiet neighborhood.

Interesting building, friendly staff, good breakfast.

Needs better lighting in the bathroom, where there is the only mirror.

Arrived very late. Easy to find from bus station. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Nice quiet room with massive bed. Comfortable and spotless. Modern, warehouse design.

Great for what we wanted (easy access from bus station late at night) but maybe not the most bustling area. But really quiet for sleep and very good value in what is an expensive destination.

I stayed at One Shot Tabakalera House for work and really enjoyed the experience. The hotel has a modern and thoughtfully designed aesthetic, with high ceilings and spacious rooms and bathrooms. The room was well-equipped with a bathrobe, slippers, bottled water, teas and coffees, and a space to store luggage. The lighting system could be adjusted to suit your mood, which was a nice touch. The internet connection was strong, ideal for a work trip, and the location was excellent, just across the red bridge from the bus station. Reception staff were friendly and helpful, especially when assisting with transport and general inquiries. The bathroom was generously stocked with amenities, including shampoo, shower gel, a toothbrush, toothpaste, and a razor, which was convenient.

While most aspects of the stay were great, it would have been helpful if we had been provided with an extra towel or informed that more were available upon request. Also, I would have preferred a room on a higher floor, as ground floor rooms don’t offer a view and can feel a bit claustrophobic due to limited natural light. We didn’t have breakfast, so I can’t comment on that, but overall, the stay was comfortable and the hotel served its purpose very well.

Good location -not too far from centre and next to excellent arts centre. Really great staff.

Room was a bit soulless with a few unfinished details. Functional more than comfortable ‘vibes’. We didn’t have breakfast there as we thought it was a bit pricey at €18 per person per day -went out to local pastelerias for breakfast instead at a fraction of the price!

The location was perfect because it was accessible to both La Concha and Zurriola beach plus very close to the bus and train station. Yet, it was surprisingly quiet.

Nothing at all

Clean, spacious, quiet room right next to railway and bus stations.

My room wasn't ready at the check-in time of 14.00, despite me notifying the hotel in advance of my arrival time. I asked: Is this common? The reply: Yes, when we're fully booked.

Excellent location, spacious room, unique design

Hotel was located very close to the main bus station, which was perfect for myself, travelling in from Santander and then travelling back out to Bilbao. The area around the hotel is very quiet, very local, not a typical holiday hotel area. The room was very nice, very clean and minimalist. I liked that it had a 'industrial' feel to the room.

Nothing to sat here, there was nothing to dislike

Everything was good . Its close to city centre, bus and train station . Personal is friendly and very helpful. The room was in good size, clean and comfortable.

Impenetrable one way system in San Sebastian

Nice big rooms, fabulous location, with very close walk to train and bus station. A very pleasant stroll to either of the beaches. Just across the river from shops, cafe's, restaurants etc

Access to the old town, room was basic with no windows, reception was very slow.

The parking situation. When we booked, it appeared that parking was include but it wasn’t until we got there we were told it was 26 euros each day. Then we had challenges getting out of the lot. The staff was extremely helpful but we wasted a lot of time trying g to manage it all.
