- I had a great stay at ur hostel. Staff were very supportive and they recommended to us places to visit during our stay. Thanks to Agustin for this greaf support and for making our stay in San Sebastian amazing
- Excellent location, very comfortable, recommended for people who are keen to explore the city. Very helpful staff. Very efficient check-out system.
Cons -
- The room has low ventilation and they have a wind machine in the room at night that can make a bit of noise. And the kitchen didn¿t had sugar.
- The room was sooo hot and our bunk mate was loud as well as people in the hall at 1am. Biggest issue was how hot room was. Had to go up and talk to attendant who was very friendly and helpful, but took a bit to find remote to a/c, we should have had control in room
- Very mixed clientele No common space

The staff was very nice and helpful. San Sebastián is an expensive place to stay along the Camino but this price was reasonable considering it was conveniently located near the beach. They had fans going all night which was so nice to have some white noise and to cool off! I thought the beds were comfortable too, definitely and upgrade from the springy beds at alburgues. They were softer more like a mattress. I slept well 10/10 experience.

Blood on bed
This is the second time I’ve stayed here and I love it!!! It’s great location and the staff are so nice! Special shout out to Eddy who was super nice and accommodating! I love every detail down to the fans on the bed, outlets by each bed, hooks for towels or coats, lockers for each person, and the ability to have your things held after check out so you can still enjoy the city with dragging all of your personal belongings with you! 24 hour assistance is amazing!!! I love your hostel, would stay there again, and will recommend it to all of my friends!
I loved everything!
Good price, good location, easy to access, the staff was available anytime I needed.
Bulk beds, a lot of people in the same room, if you open the window (because of the heat), the street is very noisy. Issues with hot water in peak time.
Good kitchen, WiFi Easy to reach from bus, train stations.
Great location
Bathrooms didn’t have paper towels, not enough places to hang clothes to dry. (Tip: Take a string to fashion your own clothes line. ) co-ed bathrooms awkward. Host had no idea where Camino trail head was located.
Location was perfect
The beds were without sheets, not ample covers on bed for warmth. Showers were unclean and on 15sec timers. Cost of towel was 2 euro. For two people our room was the most expensive ive stayed in. Other pilgrims staying in this establishment on the night were paying less than us. I'm now considering not using your platform again as I was rippled off
Very good location, near centre and bus station
Bedroom window opened up to main street and the traffic was busy, people walking past until late, which made it noisy
Great location. Nice little kitchen. Nice staff.
The bed wasn’t that comfortable. Would appreciate a washer machine.
Friendly staff and comfortable bed
The room was underground, with a window directly to the street, so it was very noisy. There were only 2 toilets and 2 showers for all the rooms downstairs, and nowhere to hang your stuff. Only one basin too!
We were welcomed by a receptionist and the hostel is in the city centre.
The bed was extremely overcharged for the quality we received. Beds are cheap, it’s loud at night because of the cars outside, and the water in the shower is rather cold. I highly recommend booking a room in some other place.
The location was perfect in terms of getting there, an easy walk from either the RENFE or Euskotren stations. The place was scrupulously clean, the showers economical but working well, and (while this is not something the hostel could really control) the other guests were all very quiet and considerate. Privacy was fairly easy to maintain and everything on site was very clearly explained, and in English when my Spanish wasn't enough.
The location was not so good for being right next to a big road; traffic, especially mopeds and scooters, were a source of noise until the small hours. On the second night one of my roommates had a horrible snore; again, this is hardly something the hostel can control but the two things together meant that I slept very little. The beds (bunks) were also pretty tough, which I don't mind so much, and slightly concave, which is harder to deal with.
Cleanliness
The most ghetto hostel I've ever stayed in Spain. Blankets and "pillows". They literally give you a flat pillow the size of a small throw cushion. And small blanket. Showers have absolutely nowhere to hook anything whatsoever. I guess they expect people to walk back to their rooms naked. The room stank. You could suffoctar in people's smelly stench or open the eindow and get all the noises from the busy main road. Don't waste your time here unless you likit rough
Nice, clean hostel in a good location. Happy to recommend.
Location is perfect, very close to aotobus station and center! A lot of toilets and showers, rooms for 8 people, big kitchen.
Not so much hot water in a shower
