The Jazz theme, as presented in the rooms, the hallways, and the breakfast room. The service by staff (room cleaners, reception, and breakfast room staff) was friendly and attentive.

It is a great pity though that the radio in the breakfast room was set to 'Life Radio', that played rock and pop. A missed opportunity.

Clean and comfortable room with A/C. Quiet. Comfortable bedding. Good Wi-Fi. Friendly staff.

No possibility to park on the street, even temporarily to check in (!). Parking garage is small and narrow. No staff at reception after 5 pm

Check in online was a good process, saving time in arrival. Location is next to the river but we had a busy street view. Reception lady helpful.

Breakfast was not very good - limited choices of bread which was not always fresh and eggs/ bacon which were not very nice (on a hot plate too long). Reception not always staffed.

Good size rooms and a short walk from the train station.

There is no staff on sight past 5 pm. So if you have anything you need or questions make sure to ask in the morning.

The hotel is very cozy, clean, and modern. The room was bright, with a comfortable bed and stylish interior. The staff were friendly and always ready to help. The location is excellent — easy to reach the city center and main attractions.

A wonderful place for a comfortable stay in San Sebastián.

Bathroom door was broken so water got all over the bathroom, bathroom had sewage smell, far walk from all the action.

Great staff, very kind and friendly, they let me to check in early. Great location, next to the river promenade on one side and the Cristina Enea park on the other side and 25 minutes away from the old town. The room was small , but the bed was comfortable, the pillows and bedding were good quality.

first no staff even b4 5Pm , cleaner open the door for us, she even cannot speak English , room is clean but I can smelled from the bathroom drains. car park - miss communication、couldn't get car park , so !st day , another car park nearby parking lot. 2nd day, i couldn't get car park key, i called them no answer , and no 24hrs staff in this hotel , so again we have to car park near by. basically if anything happens , nobody help you.btw i booked 3 bed room , so it is nice space for 2people . In summary, price-performance ratio is not good

Coffee machine downstairs, really nice staff, easy to get in and out. Very clean, comfortable bed, nice shower.

Got locked out of my room and had to call a phone number after hours (not always someone at the property).

We could hear some weird noise in room 102 in the corner above the bed. Now sure it it was when others flushed the toilet or what it was. It didn’t keep us awake though as think it must have stopped through the night. Wouldn’t put us off coming back as everything else was great.

The hotel room was very clean with a very comfortable bed. All the important things were there. The staff were very friendly and answered my questions very politely.

The toilet paper was incredibly hard. The hotel is also quite far from the main shopping and food area of San Sebastian. It took me about 25 - 30 minutes to walk to a lot of places.

Our bedroom was just beside the elevator so all people's and luggage noises were annoying for us

Nice modern hotel with good facilities and could take my dog who was treated with a lovely bed of his own! Lovely toiletries in the room. Comfortable bed. Great secure underground parking.

Bit far out but as we had a dog, it was a nice walk. It was tricky to find initially. Felt awkward at breakfast as apparently we shouldn’t have brought our dog. Is this being pet friendly I wonder? Their was a man hovering over us as we ate which made us uncomfortable. Breakfast ok but could do without fruit flies hovering around.

Everything was good about this hotel except for the location.

The location is not good if you are a tourist in San Sebastian. It is a 30 minute walk to the old town and beach area.

Good breakfast. Comfortable lounge area. Very clean. Although the hotel was a 25 minute walk from Old Town, buses, stores and services were just a 7 minute walk away

Perfect for an overnight stop.Handy for the station even better when they finish the renovations and fast line.Very early start breakfast looked substantial
