Itziar was wonderful! She was incredibly welcoming, and made great dinner reservations for us. we also appreciated the coffee bar in the reception area.

The air conditioning did not work well. The location was a bit further from the center of town than we expected.

Great location though parking a bit of a problem / fun quirky feel, nice that coffee and fruit always available. Bed comfortable.

Odd that staff only there at specific times , so with no safe, security felt a bit lax. That plus a few regular things missing, no tissues, no fridge.

My room was quite small but perfect for one person. Super friendly staff, very cute room.

The location is extremely convenient if you plan on crawling around the various pintxos bars San Sebastian has to offer. The room itself is no frills but was still comfortable especially for the price. There's also a nice lounge area with some fruits and coffee to hang out in.

Great facilities, clean room, long towels, fruits and drinks, good quality of soaps with over 70% natural ingredients, few minutes walking to the Estación Donostia

Good location in upcoming neighborhood, walkable to old town, but away from the noise.

Everything was amazing, only thing can improve is to refresh the air more often in the the rooms. When we entered the room was a funny smell and we could not open window as was locked and no keys. But I understand maybe they did no left keys as a safety manner.

All, good, location & staff, beds ! Unfortunately, there was a very noisy family with kids awake from 6am . The reception did communicate nicely and did what they could with the family, although the family didn't care.

Very modern bathroom and shower, lovely bath amenities, best towel warmer ever, fresh jug of water in room, super comfy bed. Location fantastic. The staff were so friendly and helpful. Coffee/tea in lobby excellent. It says it’s a “1 Star” hotel but I think they are kidding- it was better than some 3 star hotels we’ve stayed in

Bright emergency light above door gave too much light at night. But that was all- everything else perfect

Eugenia at the front desk was very welcoming with helpful information. Location was good except for being next to the train line which wasn’t very pretty. Beds and sheets were comfortable. Room decor nice. Coffee and pasties were a nice touch.

I upgraded to a front room with a balcony which was brighter than back rooms but you can’t open door because of train noise. Upgrade wasn’t value for money. Rooms a bit small.

I adore this boutique hotel!!!So much art and vintage style!! We love the fresh fruits,coffee,tea,bakeries that were available all day long!So close to the old town of San Sebastián,bus station and beach also!They recommend some restaurants and tapas bars!We’ll be back soon!!

Room was a little small.

Very comfy bed. Had booked an interior room, it was very quiet. Windows opened onto an inner area meaning there was natural light. Great to have shampoo, body wash and body lotion in bathroom. Great shower. Very clean property, staff very helpful. Nice area at reception to sit. Nespresso coffee, hot water, cold water and a microwave available 24 hour. Lovely to have fruit and pastries in the morning. Location was excellent, 10 minute walk across the bridge to town or there were bars/ restaurants in Gros area too. Bus station was an easy 10 minute walk. Lots of buses nearby to explore outside of San Sebastián. Great little hotel !

Very nice hotel. Great staff, who provided lots of information of how to spend our limited time in San Sebastian, including a town map and suggestions. Great suggestions for pintxos too, including a map with a route and food suggestions; saved us plenty of time and helped us to make the most of our time there.They provide coffee, tea, light pastries and fruit in the foyer, which was unexpected and welcome. Our room was small but had everything we needed for the small amount of time we spent in it and was clean and comfortable. The location is good. Just over the bridge from centro. You can walk to everything.Can definitely recommend.

Room quite small however it was a huge bed which was so comfortable and lovely bed sheets , I really noticed how soft ! The complementary coffee, muffins, choco pans, fruit in the reception lounge was a lovely touch ! So central , 7 minute walk from bus & trains . Loads of restaurants and bars and shops close .The staff in this hotel were outstanding , helpful and really looked after us !Being able to borrow umbrellas was super helpful ?☔️☔️

The staff were very helpful, the room was clean and comfortable and the location is very good.

Some of the other guests were noisy and inconsiderate when returning to their rooms. However I acknowledge that this is beyond the control of the hotel and not your fault.
