Hotel Tres Reyes San Sebastián

The room and the view was fabulous! The lobby had a very cool vibe, ample street parking if the hotel car park was full.

All worked tbh, the hotel is a little distant from the center of town but that actually turned out to be a good thing as it was in a very tranquil neighborhood

Hotel was clean and with nice decoration and room quality was also great. Staff was polite and helpful, with a couple exceptions.

No room service. A staff member was even rude when I requested something during late evening.

The hotel restaurant is very expensive for overall quality and quantity of food. And who serves cold soups in winter?

The price was below what we would pay for a budget motel in the US. However, this was a 4-star hotel. The breakfast was a full spread of meats, cheeses, breads, pastries, smoked salmon, omelets to order and a wide selection of coffees. It was not downtown, but my wife and I love to walk and easily made the 4 km walk into town on a daily basis. Once, we caught the bus which was super convenient, as many bus routes go to the hospital, which is next door to the hotel.

Loved the parking 10 steps from the front door..loved the bus service taking us to old town..loved the rooms and the price…! Loved the back deck , cosy couches and beer ..Wow it was such a win

The staff was phenomenally, friendly and helpful. Gave us all the information we needed about restaurants and transportation, and the locations of museums and churches and everything we wanted to know.

The beds were a little hard. They could use a pillow top.

Outside of San Sebastian

Warm and helpful staff. This hotel is great if you rented a car for access to San Sebastian and the beaches: walking and taxi take a long time. In a secluded residential neighborhood with forest view. Pleasant rooms and decor. Wifi accessible.Breakfast buffet was good.

Wow, where do I start, it met every need We had away from the downtown in a lovely Greenbelt that overlooks Nature plus the breakfast buffet was perfect and Beautiful color selection threw out the Hotel , the Staff was exceptional I can’t say one bad thing except that I’d like to have stayed longer

Easy access to an Early Breakfast and Staff was outstanding and the Breakfast room was soooo Beautiful

The eggs were a bit runny but everything else was Fantastic

It is a great place, surrounded by mountains, it has a good restaurant, nice swimming pool area, very relaxing. We loved our stay

Modern clean quiet hotel

It’s in a suburb and not too close to the center . Need a car or to take the bus for 15 minutes

Best place for day trips in the Basque Country. The hotel is beautiful, great breakfast and the staff is very helpful. There’s street parking too.

It’s not in downtown, it’s a residential area. You need to take a short bus or car to go get food.

The hotel itself is fine, but nothing special, and the location is far from the city center. There's no real reason to stay here unless you have some sort of business in this suburban area, which could then make the location convenient. Otherwise, for the typical tourist to San Sebastián, this location is *very* inconvenient. To get to the city center, you need to ride a city bus for 20 minutes or so. If I return to San Sebastián, I would definitely stay at a hotel that's within walking distance of the city center.

We really enjoyed our stay at Hotel Tres Reyes San Sebastián. The hotel is modern, very clean, and located in a quiet, safe residential area. The staff were attentive and friendly. The room was spacious, comfortable, and well-equipped, with a great bed. We loved the excellent breakfast balcony.

very clean tidy hotel. Staff were brilliant. Good indoor parking garage with large parking spaces. Great breakfast. Definitely stop over there again.

I had to add one night to my three nights reservation and they just triple the room price

There was a weird smell in the lobby, like they had some sort of sewer problems.
