Zenit San Sebastián

Small complaint but no coffee or milk provided in the room. When we asked at reception we were told this is standard. Seemed odd given its ranked as a 4 star hotel.

Excellent size rooms for the price, very convenient underground parking ( if available ), staff were great, good gym, it is approx 15 to 20 min walk to the old town ( for us was not an issue), we enjoyed the exercise.

Nothing to complain about better than some 5 star hotels I have stayed around the world, esepcailly for the price you pay.

Super room, super breakfast, real good value.

Road in front of our windows was busy and you noticed the noise especially during the rush hours. The description in booking.com states that there is pay per view available, which is not true.

Restaurant. Parking.

Location.

The location is a 20-minute walk to the center, provides parking space, friendly staff, but the facilities are not for 4 *.

The bed is not comfortable, it has no topper, the furniture is old, the mattress on the bed is place

Clean room, good breakfast and onsite parking

The bed was a bit noisy and alittle further from the city center but still in comfortable walking distance.

Nice rooms. Fairly convenient to the bus lines. Easy to enter and leave town.

Spacious room and bathroom, parking on site, friendly staff

No furniture in the room, therefore no space to put the clothes. The mattress has a polyester cover which made the very small bed sheet wrinkle under you. The breakfast was average with limited options.

Clean and friendly staff Room very clean Bedroom done every day

Facilities in the room were poor No milk.No coffee 2 tea bags.

Nice room very good food and great staff.

Not enough clothing storage.

It was a ln “up to date” and clean hotel

The room was rather small and it was not in the centrally located

The room they placed us in was amazing. Beautiful views of the trees and all the greenery and plenty of space for the crib and the strolley. The materials and finishes, the furniture and lighting, you call tell that there has been a thought behind to make it feel cozy and instantly relaxed.

It was a bit hard to get to the parking spots reserved for the hotel, but once there you get easy to the reception and rooms :)

Friendly staff, good parking.

Not as clean as expected in the room. Some architectural, modern finishing not very nicely done ( in my opinion).

Comfortable, clean and all the staff were very welcoming and helpful.

A bit far from the old town. We took the metro and everything worked out well.

Very modern, clean and comfortable room. Very spacious. The staff was helpful and carefully explained exactly how to park and how to exit the parking garage so we had no problems with our car. We felt it was a good location given it's an easy 20-25 minute walk into town. The path is well lit and felt very safe even returning to the hotel late at night.

We liked everything and would stay here again.

Loved the location - only a 20 min walk from the old town and liked that it was easy to find. Breakfast was great!

The staff weren’t super helpful. We checked over the phone beforehand if it was free parking and they said yes and then when we checked out charged us for it. They ended up taking it off our bill but we had to put our foots down. We also didn’t know that you had to press a button to get in and out and the lights were strangely all turned off at times in the parking lot, so you were in pitch black! The bed was also super uncomfortable and I could feel the springs. We also felt that we needed some drawers as only had 4 hangers between two of us.

Good location, clean and friendly staff. Good for parking.

The location of the hotel was good for access to the center and shops. The disabled room we requested more than met our needs and was very spacious. The beds were spacious and comfortable. The underground car park was well located for access via the lift and very secure. We like this hotel and would not hesitate to stay here again. The fact that it is dog friendly is another bonus!! The staff are informative and very friendly too. A very enjoyable stay.

The only thing of note was that the fridge in the room was not completely clean, and it was iced up.

Not great

The bed was extremely hard, I woke up sore every morning, the room was tiny. The bathroom door got stuck we had to have some from reception come with a crow bar (cheap sliding door). The ventilation in the bathroom was extremely poor. I will not be staying here again. For over 200€ per night I expected much more.

Very nice place, quite modern and a very nice breakfast.

The car park was not included and if you need to park the car, you need to pay extra.
