Spacious room and bathroom; decent location (about 25 minutes walking to Old Town); clean and nicely decorated rooms. Fridge is a bonus!

It was humid inside and there was a mosquito inside our room that bit us multiple times each night. Would be nice if the staff treated the room with bug spray before the next guests came.

Excellent price for great quality, big room, nice bed and decent bathroom. Staff were kind and efficient. Breakfast was conventional but of good quality.

Not the best sound insulation, but for the price is reasonable. Babies and children in next door rooms could be heard but nights for the moat parte were quiet. The heating/Ac made squeaky noises even when off

Very comfy and sizable room. The staff was very nice and helpful.

There were three of us and the shower didn't have a door for privacy so we had to get creative when showering and changing.

Walking distance from euskotren, a lot of restaurants around the area, around 20 minute walk to old town, good breakfast spread, friendly staff. 3rd time to stay in San Sebastian and we enjoyed it like our previous visits

Persons smoking outside the doors of hotel & smoke drifts upwards to balconies. Not solely a hotel issue but does impact hotel guests

A good room but no thrills. You pay for coffee and no amenities. Great location

Staff was great. Booking.com cancelled one of our reservations without notifying us and the receptionist (Eric) at the front desk did a great job getting it sorted out. I am not happy with Booking.com for creating the mess but am very happy with the staff for getting it straightened out. Also, comfortable room, quiet, excellent breakfast, and clean. Would stay again.

Location is about 25 minute walk or 10 minute bus from old town and beach. Not the best location but still good value for the price.

The staff was amazing, the room big and the bed huge and very comfy. The breakfast offered a variety of foods, including decaf coffee and vegetables.

We loved everything about this place. Very clean and staff is so kind and very helpful. A bus station near by to take you to and from downtown Donostia and quick 15/20 min walk to train station. Highly recommend.

Central location and not far walking distance from major tourist attractions

Breakfast is not very simple. Not much variety.

Extra thankful we booked a place with helpful and friendly front desk staff since one piece of luggage did not arrive with us. Luggage did show up a day late and front desk staff had it secured. Hotel is in a quiet area. We also like to walk and see the city -- so for us, this location was great.

After a long flight and then driving from Bilbao to San Sebastian, the entrance to the parking garage eluded us for several loops. We did find it! Entrance is off Zuaznabar Kalea heading towards the river and the sign is on the right side of street for Parking Pío XII underground.

Very clean room and easily accessible to many areas of town. Decorations were nice.

The air conditioning blew directly on the single bed (we had a family room for 3 persons). There was no way to redirect the airflow nor move the bed out of the way. We had a room where we had to pass through the breakfast area. In the morning, if the door to the breakfast area was left open to the hallway, it was very noisy.Breakfast was a bit redundant as we stayed for multiple days.Was a bit overpriced.

The rooms were spacious and clean. The staff was friendly and efficient. There was a bus stop right in front of the hotel so getting around was super easy.

The traffic noise on the first floor was a bit loud even with the windows closed. There was also a lot of noise from the plumbing when the rooms upstairs showered, flushed the toilet, or used the sink.

The hotel was very clean. There was a lot to choose from for breakfast. The hotel was conveniently located to attend a concert at the arena. There was a lot to do in San Sebastián.
