Good basic hotel with all you need. Price was incredibly good for San Sebastian. Very big and comfortable shower. Far from San Sebastian old town, but no so far from beach. Good restaurants are shot walk away.

Easy check in, smart modern and clean apartment, easy login to WiFi and reliable. Although we didn't really use it the kitchen would be excellent for anyone self catering.

Got an email a few days before arrival asking for all details of all guests. This was very long (I did my own details) and didn't have everyone else's details so just ignored it. Didn't get asked for any further details on arrival so pointless sending the request in the first place.

The location was fantastic.

I didn’t like that to get to our room we have to share an entrance door with other room. I didn’t felt privacy. The room was very hot.

The room was quiet. There was a bus stop close by to get to the old city and water

The room was very stark,with nothing on the walls.There was a lot of wasted space without enough tables, places for luggage. The bathroom was decent sized, but the shower had no door, nor curtain. It was all part of the bathroom. The breakfast was very basic -not many choices for healthy eating.

Clean, modern and comfortable. The man at the reception was very kind and helpful.

The staff was not nice to both my wife and I. When we got in for check in, the person checking us in yelled at us saying we should have received a pin to get into the hotel. Something we had no idea what she was talking about. The rooms AC was not broken. We could not figure it out and it was so hot at night. We got to breakfast a bit late one morning and we were just going to grab coffee and the attendant yelled at us telling us we were late for breakfast. I think the staff really ruined the experience for me. I am in the hospitality industry and I honestly left in shock. ?

A modern hotel, nice spatious room, good facilities and common spaces (even a gym).

Far from main points of interest in the city, although there is a reliable public transport once you figure it out. In our case it was much overpriced (though it was Semana Grande). No parking, even as an option (we found free parking at 20min walking distance further out of the city). Breakfast VERY basic but nicely presented.

Room was comfortable, good matress, reception person very nice, there is a paid parking outside which is free at night/weekends. Location is about 20 min walk to the beach/center.

Nothing in particular.

No kettle. Severely worn and dirty walls throughout the hotel and room, no renovation for years, no decor and very uncomfortable atmosphere. I had a severe allergic reaction to the soap provided. The lock was broken. Upon arrival there was no one at the reception as all staff were on lunch break. Location is terrible, far from tourist areas, no restaurants nearby, only a dull residential district.

Focused on efficiency, the hotel is in a quiet-ish part of town. The rooms are spacious and definitely focused on budget

The check in process was confusing but the staff were very helpful. The breakfast was plentiful but rather packaged.

Modern look and feel. Clean and safe. Great value. Would definitely recommend. Not far from beach.

Had a decent experience here. The room was a good size and check-in was smooth and hassle-free. Location is a bit outside the center, but if you’re okay with that, it’s a solid option.Street parking was easy — cheap on weekdays and free on weekends/holidays, which was a nice bonus.All in all, not bad for the price and convenience.

Only downside: the soundproofing isn’t great. I could hear a baby crying from another room, so light sleepers might want to bring earplugs.

Quite easy to find after a long drive and fitted the bill for a two night stay. Close enough to the smaller of the two beaches with a couple of shops and a few places to eat very close by. Good shower and helpful blackout blinds.

Thin walls or loud neighbours?? No parking (it DOES say this) but just park either on the road outside or in the fairly spacious car park behind near the windscreen place, cheap enough! :-)

Good location and comfortable in general. Easy to access and convenient room space.

Good location with nice distance walk to the beach. Comfortable bed, spacious room and a good shower.Minus points for the unflushed toilet and empty water bottle left in the closet. Bathroom needs a new door because of the water damage. We had a great stay despite these points. I do feel though that they are rather basic things and shouldn’t be missed.
