Bidaia Boutique Hotel

Was in a great location. Staff was exceptional Rooms were very clean and the property was clean and well cared for.

Loved the staff, super friendly and accommodating. Recommended places to visit and eat, which were amazing. Room were so comfortable and we slept very well.

The hotel its really nice, like a home away. The staff is incredible Marco help us and advice us about local places and restaurants.

We have stayed here twice and love this place. Great hotel with super convenient parking and great connections to downtown San Sebastian. A lovely ~30 min walk next to the beach will take you to the old down town of SS, where you will be able to enjoy probably the best food in the world. You can also opt to walk ~1 block and take a 10 min bus to the best beach in Spain (La Concha). Beautiful building, extremely friendly staff (they proactively shared a list of amazing restaurants and sites via whatsapp).

Small and unique

I was told breakfast was not included. My receipt said yes.Kitchen was not available all day and menu was limited.

We loved the convenient onsite parking and the spacious, comfortable rooms. The concierge was very helpful and welcoming. Having a restaurant right in the hotel made things so easy, especially after a long day of travel.

Everything was good overall. Breakfast could have offered a little more variety, but it was still enjoyable.

Lovely staff, excellent restaurant, very good location within 10 min of the beach, abundant free parking on the premises, large, comfortable very clean room, only positive things to say. Would love to come back and stay there again!

The room was nice, everything was clean. There was parking in the hotel but mostly the staff was really nice and helpful.

Comfortable, quiet, well maintained with friendly helpful staff. Food and drink available whenever we needed.

It was much further from the old town than we were expecting and we were reliant on buses to get around. The hotel was very expensive given the location and it was disappointing that breakfast wasn’t included.Most other guests were visiting as a family with young children, whilst they were all well behaved and we weren’t disturbed, it wasn’t the atmosphere we were expecting.

Nice boutique hotel. On site parking, although payable. About 30 minutes’ walk to the old town. There was also a closer neighborhood which also had bars and restaurants.Their own restaurant was good, had lunch. Service was efficient and friendly.

Bar closed at 10pm which was a bit early, otherwise can’t fault the hotel.

The breakfast was really good, and the service was excellent. Very good tea in the room, free of charge. Spacious parking is also free of charge. The location is nice

The room was HUGE with high ceiling, very clean and seems brand new. Beds were like clouds, including the extra bed.

Very friendly and helpful staff and great room. Upon request a parkingspot with EV charging was reserved for us. Charging itself worked well.

Wonderful stay at Bidaia Boutique Hotel!We were made to feel at home with all the staff who were fantastic.Our room at the front of the hotel was a generous size, clean & had everything we needed. Lovely view from the balcony & shower was very good.Excellent breakfast in a nice relaxing atmosphere.

Wonderful boutique hotel with friendly staff, delicious fresh breakfast, all amenities and comfortable rooms. Walking distance to the centre, and other shops / coffee places. We had a very pleasant stay and definitely recommend this place!
