Hotel Bozica is peacefully located on the Island of Šipan, 9 nautical miles from the port of Dubrovnik, bridged by 4 daily boat lines. It offers free Wi-Fi. The hotel's terrace is 49 feet from the private beach with rock and pebbles and from the outdoor swimming pool. Drinks and meals can be served on the private beach. The fully air-conditioned Bozica is built from original Mediterranean stone and offers a private parking space and its own dock for small yachts. The restaurant has terraces with sea views and serves dishes prepared from organically grown, local products, as well as freshly caught seafood and home made olive oil. The meals are accompanied by red wine sorts from the the Pelješac Peninsula and white wine sorts from Korčula Island. Šipan Island offers diverse hiking and cycling trails. Front desk can help you arrange bike and kayak rental. Bozica Hotel can organize transfers from and to the airport or any other location in Dubrovnik. Boat trips to the the nearby islands of Mljet, Korčula and Elaphite Islands are also on offer.

Pros +
- A comfortable and quiet hotel in a lovely spot with nice swimming and views. The food was great with a great breakfast and evening meals. The staff were pleasant and very helpful as well.
- Location was perfect, great view from the room. Staff were very friendly
Cons -
- The only drawback is the ferry journey to the island - they are few and far between and the journey can be choppy and very uncomfortable for those without sea fairing legs. But - if you want peace and quiet, like us, the ferry journey is unavoidable.
- As we visited right at the end of the season, the hotel was closing the next week, there where a few areas which looked a little tired / damaged but this did not effect our stay and we could see them preparing to rectify these items once the hotel closed.
