Featuring air conditioned rooms with satellite TV and free Wi-Fi, Villa Ruza is located on Lapad Bay’s main car-free area, just 220 yards from the popular Lapad Beach and promenade. It has a restaurant with a terrace facing the pedestrian zone. Rooms here have private bathrooms and a small fridge. Some have their own private balcony. Tennis courts, souvenir shops and a children's playground can be found nearby, and different boat and bus excursions are featured in the town. Lapad Bay still has well-preserved, unspoiled nature, which is easily reachable from Villa Ruza. Just 160 yards away from Ruza Villa, you can find plenty of cafés, patisseries and a shopping centre. Dubrovnik’s UNESCO-protected Old Town is 10 minutes away by bus or a 30-minute walk away. Airport transfer is available at an extra charge and upon request.

Pros +
- The room itself was comfortable and located at the promenade with some shops and restaurants nearby. The beach is also close.
- The unit was clean, and the balcony looked over the street. Location was close to the beach, bus stop, shops, and restaurants.
- Location is perfect, the room is a great size and all was spotless. Perfect for a short stay . Restaurants and beach just down a few steps and you are there.
Cons -
- Contacting the host was difficult. I messaged a few times about the changes of our itinerary due to a cancelled flight but didnt get any response. I had to call them directly. I informed them that well arrive at midnight but didnt get any information on how to get the key to the apartment. Finding the correct gate to the apartments was tough as well, since there wasnt any sign saying VILLA RUZA. It was freezing outside and thankfully, there was someone at the restaurant downstairs who contacted the host for us. Waited for half an hour to get settled.
- No parking nearby. Host did not answer my messages earlier in the day.
