Everything. Big room with salon, nice staff, well equipped

Great little hotel close to Santander city center / water. The hotel had a parking spot so it was easy to travel by car. The staff was attentive and helpful. Check in and check out were smooth. Recommended!

Great location, walking distance to downtown restaurants and waterfront. Beautiful street. Cellophaned sweets and coffee pods supplied every morning. The staff (Victoria, Daniel, and Katherina) were wonderful, calling taxis, suggesting places to go, and always asking whether there was anything that they could help with. The housekeeping staff kept everything very clean and well- supplied.

Our “Premier Double Room” was on the ground floor, next to the elevator, and the door practically open to the lobby. We could hear everything. Also, the room was tiny- no room to sit or move around. I would not recommend the “Premier Double Room”. They also advertise a “pool” which is a cement pond.

Location is great, near the center and the beaches. The staff is very friendly.

The size of the room, too tiny

The breakfast was just some fruit and pastry left in the room daily. The location was very central to the beach front and restaurants.

Clean comfortable room not far from the town centre with helpful and pleasant reception staff. Beaches a twenty minute walk. Parking good. This is room only but we found a good place for breakfast about a ten minute walk away. A very pleasant stay in Santander which we found to be much more agreeable than expected.

Quite noisy from room next door to outside noise Fresh orange juice was a nice surprise and would have been welcomed daily and enough cream and coffee pods to make two coffees daily would have been good

It is a beautiful property in a convenient part of town. Quiet, but with plenty of dining options close by. But the highlight was the manager Daniel. He was very friendly and helpful, giving us excellent food recommendations.

Excellent location. Super friendly and helpful staff! The room is nicely decorated. We appreciate the welcome treats which are local traditional pastries and they are delicious!

Close to the center and beach

Uncomfortable bathrooms, extremely small bedrooms, problem with parking in spite they charge for it. The “swimming pool” is not such.

The location is really perfect you can walk down to restaurants and attractions the bus line is really frequent and easy from there. The staff is very willing and able to help.

Lovely apartment feel to this hotel. Plenty of space and they gave us a free upgrade and cava on arrival.

Spacious clean room on the 3rd floor. Thoughtful and well designed with an added bonus of a regional treat every day.

Great location

1. They just let you check in after 3pm. With no execption. We arrived 15 minutes before and they told us to go have lunch to make time. After that everyone comes to check in at the same time and it’s chaos.2. The rooms are SUPER noisy. We could hear our neighbors, the people in the hall, suitcases rolling, etc.3. There’s very little staff. So most of the time the reception is empty.

The girl that checked us in at the front desk and checked us out, was exceptionally friendly. The room did have a balcony view of the pool.

The room was quite small, barely enough room to open two suitcases. The perimeter of the shower had black mold throughout. The coffee machine didn’t work. The location was neither downtown nor close to the water.
