Pros +
- Staff extremely helpful. Perfect location for the ferry. Stayed with a dog.
- The location was excellent and the staff were super friendly.
- Big room, good location, price. Tomato and oil for the toast, chistorra sausages.
Cons -
- Nothing in particular. The building itself is beautiful on the outside and inside. The lobby area is gorgeous and just a shame there wasn’t a small bar!
- Mini viennoiserie pastries, no local choices in the pastry/cake line.
- There was smell in the bathroom (even if we change from one room to another). The electric extractor in the bathroom would only turn on from time to time. Electric heating didn’t seem to work in my room nor my parents in law

Local to bus and train stations. 10 mins from beaches on way and shops the other
Toilet door handle not secure. Lots of noise during night, internal from central stairs and external from lorries and buses going non stop
The staff were very helpful and friendly. The location was excellent right in the city. We were able to park right outside.

Would have liked a bath. Maybe coffee making facilities in room
Check in was great and the lady at the desk was fantastic! Room was brilliant- couldn't have been better.
Breakfast orange juice was terrible and coffee from the machine incredibly weak.
Central friendly staff perfect for what we wanted
Room felt very dark at times
Welcoming and friendly staff. Supportive of my slow attempts at spanish. Excellent and comfortable room. Very good breakfast. Close to all amenities. Would make this choice again.
The hotel was in a good location for exploring the city and the staff were pleasant and helpful
The breakfast was very expensive with no option just to have a snack
Location was good. Good selection at breakfast.
Room was adequate but very small. No restaurant or bar area.
Convenient for railway & ferry stations, close to town centre, great breakfast.
Very nice and helpful staff. Nice lemon water at the reception area. Clean rooms and the breakfast was OK, but there were no vegetables.
Beautiful location, very good facilities, very helpful staff
No coffee or milk in the room, only tea leaves provided and bottles of water
