NH Ciudad De Santander

The hotel is very close to a music venue that we frequent.

The heat wasn't on and the weather had gotten somewhat cold, It would have been nice to either have heat in the room or an extra blanket.

We went to Santander to see a show at Little Bobby Speakeasy. The hotel is two blocks (3 minute walk) away. The staff was great.

The parking was very small and tight for a larger car like we had, although this is to be expected in Europe, where the parking spaces are made for tiny cars.The floor underneath the bed hadn't been cleaned in forever.

Good location and clean. Dog friendly.

Parking facilities were terrible.

Have used the hotel on several occasions.Consistent standard. Excellent breakfast. Good location for ferry to UK..

Location ok!

Parking is a bitch , tuck some time to find it! It’s on the left side of the building! Very small with a gate in front you don’t see when you drive by ! Breakfast to $$ for what you get!

Location, comfort, helpfulness and friendliness of staff. Pet friendly and on site parking. Great restaurants, harbour and main town very close by.

Thought €25 for pet was a lot but the rest outweighed.

A lovely modern room, with the balcony on a quiet floor. The car parking and location was important being central to everything within walking distance. A fab hotel great for a one night stop over ahead of our ferry crossing to UK. Also brilliant the hotel is dog friendly (we didn't use the dog bed provided).

There was a very big selection of food and drink for breakfast.With a good location.The room was nicely set up for my dog to stay the night.

There was nothing we did not like.

The parking is v tight but on-site and useful, €25 for a dog is v expensive but we knew that before we booked. We can’t comment on breakfast as we ate out.

I was really impressed at the standard of the hotel, the cleanliness, the friendliness of the staff and the location. Would be happy to visit again and stay longer.

It would have been nice if there had been room service available on the Friday night.

Good location for bars, restaurants and shopping whilst still being quiet at night.Comfortable beds and good walk in shower.Good lighting.Secure parking and easy to locate via sat nav.Tea & coffee a real bonus!

The room was a bit knocked about and the duvet didn't have a cover just a sheet.Parking was very tight and tricky and @ 15 Euros a bit pricey but convenient and in our case necessary.Heating not on in the room on arrival on a cold damp evening.Insufficient lifts for the number of rooms.The receptionist recommended a beach on check in but as i pointed out its December,dark and rainy, what a waste of our time and corporate line!

Dog friendly (for 25 euro?), walkable from the train station, comfy bed, reception helped me with uber eats order ?

I stood on a tiny shard of glass in the bedroom!? I was able to pull it out but made me wonder about cleanliness. Noise insulation poor, I could hear the guy next door coughing

A fantastic central hotel, rooms were spotlessly clean. We had a dog with us, they placed a dogbed, new ball and feeding bowls in the room. Delicious breakfast with lots of choice.

No complaints at all.

Location. Ideal for exploring Santander on foot.

Breakfast was very disappointing following recent visits to other NH Hotels.Rooms were cramped.

We were a group of nine men from the UK. Everything about our stay was perfect. The staff are truly incredible and go out of their way to make sure you have a perfect stay. They helped us so much with taxis from airport and around Santander, restaurants, and booking tennis and padel courts. Everyone had a smile on their face and so friendly. A special mention to Maripy, Isabel and Rosa (all staff are great but I remember these haha).The rooms are clean, bright and very comfortable and everything perfect. Breakfast was amazing and the breakfast staff really look after you. The hotel is located in a perfect place, close to main town centre where all cafes, Pinchos and Tapas bars are. You can also walk to the harbour and front and beaches.If you stay in Santander I recommend you stay here. Wonderful place with amazing staff. I would definitely come back again

Good location, comfortable, friendly staff, decent parking area for a motorcycle and finished off with a well presented breakfast. Would return.

Parking was tight but it is city centre.

Very central small car park and wonderful staff! Travelling with my dog and made us so welcome dog bed and bowls and even a ball for Trixie xx

Location was great for exploring the city. Reception staff were very friendly and helpful.

Had to pay for parking and the dog making it expensive overall.
