Fantastic location across from the beach with an ocean view. Staff were very friendly and room service did a good job.

The room needs updating as things look tired and worn. Scrapes on the walls, rust in the shower and one window that would not open.

Feels dated, like a hospital bathroom, sheet stains in the 2 rooms, door lock broken , reported and unsolved, location is great

There wasn’t any information about the city in the room. There was only two bottles of water in frig.and there wasn’t any sign regarding if there was a charge. Had to ask the front desk if water was a courtesy. A hotel that has the rating they do, I feel they can provide more amenities.Examples: slippers and robes,a nice steamer for clothing,and some type of coffee maker and water kettle for tea.

Superb location and easy parking. Lovely room with a great view.

Facilities are good. Rooms are not comfortable to accommodate 3 people with luggage. The food was excellent. We had the menu for lunch, it was very good.

Location because you need to drive to go downtown.

The location is fantastic. We had a sea view room and the view was great. The room is very nice, the beds are comfortable, the staff is very nice.The parking for the car has an elevator which was unexpected! But was very good.We paid for breakfast, which was only 16 per person but it was super basic. I would have preferred to pay a little extra and have something better. I guess for the price, the breakfast was ok. The coffee is not great- it’s the one from a machine.Other than that, everything was fantastic. Would definitely stay there again!

Whilst its the best location for the Sardinero beach, its a taxi ride away from tapas bars etc..

In Santander’s loveliest neighborhood right on the beach. Classic building recently redone. Belle Epoch beauty with a dramatic contemporary indoor atrium. Excellent bathroom with one of the strongest showers I’ve ever encountered: like Niagra. I loved it. The bar / restaurant is known for great food. We come to Santander often and will be back. Also, great onsite parking.

It’s a small matter, but a hotel this nice really should have an in-room coffee maker.

Beautiful building, inside and the rooms a little dated. Mattress was not the best / newest :(Big room and bathroom.

The oceanfront property, clean rooms and friendly staff

Truly enjoyed staying at this property. Beautiful room, very clean, and the location on Sardinero was excellent, especially if you want to visit the Palace of the Magdalena, or enjoy the beach. It's a long walk to the city center but there's so much to see and enjoy in the area that it doesn't matter. Great public transportation right outside the door...and the beach is gorgeous!

Location was great, the hotel is beautiful, and the rooms are comfortable.

Parking is pricey and staff not friendly (none of the people working there smiled at all. They all seemed unhappy and bothered when asked a question)
