Great location, price and buffet. Top notch staff, clean and comfortable. Free wifi, nice big bath tub and great bed. In very safe area, walkable to everything.

Very centrally located in the heart of Santander next to shopping area and restaurants.. room is clean. Parking is 22 euros.

The location and the room were amazing. The room was a mini suite with a small living room. Good that they have parking on site although you have to pay extra for it.

Very spacious room. Proximity to everything was perfect. Price was reasonable

The AC didn’t work well. It was hard to sleep because of that and construction started in a nearby building at 8am. Parking is also expensive.

It is a very nice hotel. Centrally located. As requested I got a quiet room which was very comfortable. Excellent sleep quality.

The hotel was conveniently located for our stay in Santander, in a central position near to the ferry terminal , with private underground parking. It was modern and clean, with a generous size well appointed room and a nice bar and restaurant.

Property is great location. Right in the middle of everything. Nice cafe downstairs. Gym was nice option to have use of. Staff were pleasant and helpful.

Rooms were more basic than we would have liked. TV was quite old and view was side of a building which blocked light so we kept curtains closed. Overall though it was a nice stay. Slept well and room was very clean and smelt fresh.

Location for me was handy.The room was quite large and dare I say roomy.Facilities were very cleanWould stay here again

Great location and comfortable rooms.

The bar staff who was present during my stay was rude and unpleasant. He really lets the hotel down.

Location - a short walk from the railway station, the bus station and the ferry port. Near to good tapas bars. Friendly and helpful reception staff. Good sized room. Very good value for money. Clean and well maintained. Breakfast was excellent- a good range of food and everything I wanted.

Nothing really, I suppose a complimentary bottle of water would have been nice but that’s a very minor thing.

No bottle opener in our bedroom, not easy to locate internal phone numbers (reception, room service)

Great location, comfy beds

We stayed for 3 nights and they did not replenish the tea/coffee/milk every day even after leaving a polite note (which was ignored).

Staff are super friendly and service was amazing. We had the suite and it was brilliant. For a city centre location the hotel was really quite. Room refreshed everyday.The smell around the hotel was so fresh.Breakfast was brilliant with plenty of choice.

Great location, a short walk from the bus, train stations and the Cathedral, shops and Ferry terminal.

Stayed for two nights. Cost for Saturday was twice as expensive as the Sunday!

Location was perfect, very central, near points of interest and 5 minutes from nearest bus stop.Staff on reception were very good, pointed out tapas bars which I really appreciated.Room was very comfortable as was bathroom.

The hairdryer weighed a ton ! I struggled to lift it. But that is a minor point.The bedroom window was difficult to open,

Their parking lot said “libre” but they told us it was full, so we had to go to a public garage.
