All the snacks that are thrown at you as you enter your room. Plus the fact that the reception attendant asked me for my credit card when the room was already fully paid.

The bathroom and room smelled like waste and contamination , TV didn¿t work, also a potato chip from the mini bar was expired 4 months

It was a last minute booking that I made with the Puertochico hotel. It turned out to be far better than I had expected and was exactly what I needed after a long day's drive from Valencia. The hotel is well located for the ferry terminal, has a decent chargeable car park within a couple of minutes' walk , stylish and clean rooms and delightful staff. I am sure I will stay there again one day.

Location was good as was the room view. Staff at front desk was very helpful in calling car rental agency when car would not open due to dead battery . She was exceptional, though the others were quite poor

Very small room. Wife sitting on end of bed meant I could not get through. No room for baggage. Bad space, really, except for sleeping. Oddly, the hotel had a water heating pot for coffee. But there was only the cheap instant coffee but only decaf. Thinking the staff had forgotten to put in regular coffee we mentioned it to the front desk. The response was they don’t provide regular coffee. You have to come down stairs and ask for a cup at the breakfast bar! Not making this up. My wife did so and it was very strange and she eventually got a cup of crappy coffee. This hotel is not 4 star.

Staff extremely helpful. Upgrade to sea view worth it. Breakfast very good.

Room had a lovely view of the sea. Decor was nice, bed comfortable and bathroom was large and full of all you would need. The breakfast was exceptional! Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Excellent location, room with view to the marina, just beautiful. Really comfortable bed, gorgeous bathroom with nice products, tea and coffee making facilities. Parking available close by. The staff were great. We had to change our plans at the last minute and the hotel staff were fantastic and accommodating.

Cozy hotel, nice decoration and location.

The barthroom was smelling very bad during all of our stay (odors coming from the shower). Additionally, we booked through booking a twin ben but we had 2 single bed instead, the receptionist never tried to find a solution for us. (No commercial gesture, as the mistake wasn't from us, otherwise we would have booked somewhere else).

Great location, view from my window, friendly and helpful staff. They went out of their way to help me with directions and setting up a fisioterapia appointment. I would love to stay here again.

Modern and very clean . Parking was a bonus

A long walk to the sea! Underground signage poor.. a few ‘Exit’signs would help. Lifts are a nightmare…only 2 and one was out of action throughout our 8 day stay. A hotel of this standard really should provide tea and coffee making facilities in the room . More coat hangers would be useful too .

The hotel is in a great location. We had a sea view room which was wonderful. As even when raining we could look out at the beautiful harbour and take it in. The super large bed was extremely comfortable. All the staff we encountered were very friendly and helpful.
