Location was excellent for the beach, staff were very attentive and friendly, room s were exceptional and very clean.

Beautiful hotel, exceptionally clean and modern. Stunning garden with swimming pool and gym facility. 5 minute walk to the beach area. We were leaving very early the next morning and they prepared a breakfast to take with us for the journey. Really really nice touch. Highly reccommend.

There's nothing I didnt like, I suppose it was a good distance fro mthe centre, but we knew this when booking as we wanted to be near the beach.

Loved the variety of food on offer for breakfast. Loved sitting in the garden, the staff were constantly attentive. The hotel was immaculately clean. Good location. Parking available, but used street parking which was fine.

Fire doors everywhere seem OTT but probably EU legal requirement as this is a new build.

The hotel is very new and offers peaceful stay in modern and clean surroundings. The street is very quiet with no traffic noise. The location is perfect for walking to the beach, casino, and nearby restaurants. The gym is small, not for more than 2 people, but functional. The staff were all friendly, spoke perfect English when my limited Spanish failed me, and very accommodating. The buffet breakfast was fresh and varied with lots of fruit, bread, cakes, meats and cheeses. Fresh eggs can be requested.

There is some construction happening on both sides of the hotel so enjoying the outdoor space in the day might be interrupted.Pool is a bit small for swimming, more for cooling off, but the sea is only 3 minutes walk away so not a big deal.

A new hotel superbly situated a couple of hundred metres back from El Sardineiro beach, also easy for access to the town centre. We found parking on-street, but the hotel has its own garage a few minutes away. One of the most enjoyable features of the hotel is a small but nicely landscaped garden to the rear where one can have drinks or meals. The room facilities are ultra-modern - you need a degree in electronics to understand the lights, the bed is huge and comfortable and there is a fridge and a Nespresso coffee machine (but sadly no kettle).

The staff in the small restaurant are charming and helpful but the dinner menu leaves something to be desired, limited choice and certainly very little for vegetarians. Breakfast however was excellent.

The hotel is located just a 2-minute stroll away from the stunning beach, El Sardinero, and just a 10-minute bus ride from the centre of Santander. The hotel itself is very peaceful and quiet with lovely gardens, pool area, bar and dining area. The food served was very good and the staff are very attentive. The rooms are well equipped and the beds extremely comfortable.

There isn't much in the way of restaurants and bars in the immediate vicinity of the hotel, but this is not really an issue as the hotel restaurant and bar are good, and it is only a short ride into the city for more nightlife.

We loved the welcome with wine, the bathrobes, the beds and cushions, the bathroom and rain shower. We felt really pampered!

Nothing the hotel could have done differently, but there was construction going on nextdoor. However isolation was good so nothing too disturbing, just the view.

Great location. Very stylish room and en-suite. Excellent breakfast. Santander is a lovely place to visit and exceeded our expectations.

No parking by the hotel. Fortunately as we were visiting in October, we were able to park on the street by the beach.

Very good breakfast, didn’t feel too busy. Staff attentive. Managed to park on road outside hotel so no charges. Extra touches in room- small bottle of wine, few sweets, nuts etc.

The hotel was very elegant, modern and clean with beautiful gardens. It is well located. The staff were all helpful and friendly and when our limited Spanish was insufficient they were happy to help in English.Our room was spotless and the bed very comfortable. We had a nice terrace that overlooked the (unheated so not very warm at the end of September) pool.

This is minor thing but when we returned on the first full day, our room had not be cleaned or the coffee machine restocked. When we asked this was done quickly but apparently we should have set some switch with an unclear icon to green? This isn't normal so perhaps the hotel coulod consider either changing the default to clean unless otherwise indicated, or leave some instructions by the switch. Thanks :-)
