The fact I was told breakfast was 11 and was charged 13 because I didn’t book the day before when I asked for just a little drop of milk I was told I would have to pay

This is a well known hotel group so most people know what to expect. This one is 10 mins from the ferry port. The young staff were 100% delightful and helpful in every possible way -the epitome of what hospitality should be about. The breakfast was excellent , extensive in its choices and extremely good value. We have been asked for much more for considerably less in other hotels. The rooms are simple-but the comfort of the beds first rate.

Our statnav announced arrival when we were on the other side of a dual carriageway so one must go to the next roundabout and come back to discover the not particularly large sign on the equally one way slip round down to the hotel. There parking is in a public car park plus some outside the door which we were able to use-fortunately-given the vehicle was laden- due to the consideration of reception staff. Getting out of the site also requires some understanding dependent on where you are going next, but staff are happy to assist.All went well thanks to them.

It was clean and very central. The buffet breakfast was excellent.

The room was tiny. They charged 18€ for our small non malting dog and we weren’t warned in advance. The dinner menu was very limited and quite expensive but appreciate that the location is in a City.

I recently enjoyed the breakfast at your hotel and wanted to share my feedback. The variety of options available was impressive, catering well to different tastes and dietary preferences. The food was fresh and well-prepared, with both hot and cold choices. The service was prompt and friendly, creating a welcoming atmosphere. The dining area was clean and comfortable, which added to the overall positive experience.

The breakfast was OK, not as wonderful as touted. As we are vegetarian, the scrambled egg was the only option, it was rubbery & discoloured. The vending machine made only lukewarm coffee.

The ridiculous idea of a separate loo, when in a bit of a hurry, it means opening a sprung door, then finding a light switch in the dark, the needing the separate bathroom to wash hands afterwards - unhygienic. For a pregnant or even a plump guest, this is a very awkward arrangement.

Heating system ... ours blowing cold , couldn't alter in room but reception said they would amend .. give it an hour ..in end just turned off

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean with a balcony. We were able to have our small dog beside us in part of the hotel bar area. The hotel parking was excellent.The hotel is very near the ferry terminal.

I asked for a room that was acceptable for father and daughter and the shower was see through.The room didn’t include a coffee machine or kettle.we paid almost 100 euros, the room was not worth the money. For one night I’d say at least 60 euros.
