We had a disaster before we arrived losing my handbag with passports, cards etc. when we arrived here the staff helped with everything and were so kind. The manager and his staff are wonderful. We are staying three more nights until our delayed ferry crossing. They have done so much for us and we are very grateful.Apart from that it’s a beautiful place, very comfortable and they have a kettle in the rooms.

Very friendly and helpful staff and a great, central place to stay in Santander, especially if you are travelling with a dog, which they are happy to accommodate up to 10 kg.

If there are festivities/public holidays going on in the surrounding area the rooms are well insulated for sound but there can be more noise from the streets on these occasions.

Excellent location, right in the city center. The hotel was clean, elegant, and welcoming. The breakfast was very good, with fresh, high-quality products.

It was weel suited, walking distande to visit the city. The helpful staff is quite frienly. Nearby, there is a worthy parking.

Meybe the entrance and corridors would be a little convoluted.

Beautiful building, very centrally located. The staff were very helpful and friendly. Although the parking is not on the property, it is right next door and extremely convenient. The rooms are spacious and well appointed, with tea and coffee facilities, a fridge, and complimentary water.

There are currently no public areas where guests can sit with their pets. Given the number of public rooms available, it would be lovely if one could be allocated for pets and their owners.

The location is very central. Breakfast was fresh and varied. The bar had nice ambience.

We had a room on the 4th floor and we were unable to adjust the temperature. It was very warm and we couldn’t open the window. That was the only downside - everything else was great.

It was newly renovated and spacious.

The hotel owner assaulted me on 1st Floor after stalking to 4 different reception and sitting rooms under the pretencea of some events being booked for those rooms from 6 PM and 8 PM respectively. He pretends that he did not know that I was in those rooms trying to read my own newspapers at 4 PM. So, I called the police who turned out to be corrupt as they pretended no crime happened. Anyway, do NOT stay at this Hotel if you are a woman. Most likely they film you having a shower in your own room naked.

A nice experience at a charming boutique hotel, with a beautiful architecture, full of history, the headquarters of the Real Club de Regatas, a library within the hotel with old editions of books and exceptional furniture. Breakfast with fresh, delicious products, especially the pastry and my favorite "pickled carrot salad". Room on the 3rd floor with a spectacular view in a small square. The hotel is located on one of the streets in the center, where all the buildings are extremely beautiful architecturally, close to a market where you can enjoy "pinchos" and sangria and socialize; many cafes and restaurants, extremely beautifully decorated shops, close to the water, to the wonderful promenade where you can walk or jog, 5 minutes walk to the Botin Center. Bus stops at a maximum of 3 minutes walk from where you can easily reach the Magdalena Peninsula and the Magdalena Castle. It is an extremely clean, fresh town, the buildings are well-kept, the people are relaxed and friendly. I can't wait to come back!

Great location, right in the city centre and walking distance from the bus station. The room was clean and quiet and the bed comfortable.

The room was a bit small and the facilities of the hotel (coffee area) looked quite basic. We didn't see a restaurant for dinner, I assume they serve breakfast / lunch in the coffee area.

Check in took forever

A wonderful, clean hotel with a cozy attic room and very polite staff. The breakfast was excellent — there were eggs, bread in various forms, a selection of cold cuts and cheeses, pastries, jams, and lactose-free milk was available. The only thing that could be added would be some sliced fish options like salmon for sandwiches and any plant-based milk in addition to lactose-free one. The room had an electric kettle, a coffee machine, and several types of tea and coffee. The hotel also has an excellent location — the waterfront, all the best restaurants, museums, and the market are within walking distance.

The soundproofing was not very good.

It was incredibly dirty, like it hadn't been cleaned at all, and it smelled awful. Even after moving to another room, it still smelled bad. The furniture was also very old and unusable. Don't choose this place; you'll regret it.
