Breakfast was good value 8 euro, staff were friendly and helpful. 5 minute walk from the Bus Station easy to find. On a side street very quiet at night. Excellent value for a two night stay. Close to the Ferry, Train and Bus station.

Better heating in the rooms. We asked the receptionist for a electric heater and were given one. The receptionist was very helpful.

breakfast was maybe the only thing was underwhelming. location was lovely, convenient for the ferry which was our destination next day, with an underground parking which was safe for our car overnight.

not much, as we had booked accommodation which my wife said no to!! so we actually paid for 2 rooms that night!

Friendly staff. 5 minutes walk to train and bus station. Free water and cake in room on arrival. Nice big room. Great shower

The hotel was close to the ferry terminal for Brittany Ferries. Breakfast was fine and a buffet.

Whilst I had tried to get parking prebooked they could not do that and on arrival no parking was available. So I found a good covered parking lot about a ten minute walk.

The hotel was terrible value for money. We paid £342 for two rooms for one night only. One room was refurbished and ok but had no air conditioning. The 2nd room was dreadful and could not be slept in. The breakfast was the worst I have had in a hotel and the common parts were very dated. We felt ripped off by the whole experience.

It was good for an overnight stay in Santander.

Private parking was a bit tight

Poor sound insulation, apartment above showering and walking around in stiletto heels till 2:30 am. Lots of talking. Not much natural day light, view of the apartment above washing.

Near the Cafe Zumaca for great food and also handy for the ferry terminal. 5 minutes walk from the train station. Great powerful shower.

It was clean with good a/c bathroom clean & well supplied. Parking not great as it’s ’street parking’. But so near to Port which was great for early departure.

The Restaurent service very poor. Breakfast almost non existent. Very disappointing.

Location, location, location, if you're coming in by train or ferry. Super helpful and friendly staff.

Breakfasts at these places are overpriced so we just walked across the street for coffee and cheap, local fare.

The bedroom was unbelievably badly decorated with a horrible bathroom. The twin beds had the worst taste in bed-covers. The bathroom was badly tiled, in poor taste with rusting radiator plumbing. The bedroom and bathroom windows overlooked a filthy patio with big sheets hanging out to dry from windows further up. Our bedroom was on the 2nd floor, number 283.

The location of the hotel is the only positive thing I can say. It is walking distance to the main city centre/bus garage and about 20 minutes walk to the nearest beach.

The hotel is 2 stars. So I have to evaluate it in accordance with that. The pictures on the website are not a true reflection of the actual room(s). The room I stayed in was something out of the 1960s that hasn't been updated at all. It was very very basic. It was clean to a degree but the room did have dirt and the shower curtain looked like it hadn't been changed for years. Don't get me wrong the cleaners were cleaning every day. But there is only so much they can do. The breakfast is also very basic.
