The steam room is being out of use for long time as I’m an regular costumer

Excellent location for ferry. Good facilities and helpful staff. Has bar which does snacks, spa (extra cost), restaurant (closed Sat/Sun). Good car park.

Not sure if the hotel can decide if it is a hotel or a gym? You can hear gym noise in your room until 10pm. Restaurant and food terrible. They don't have a full time chef. menu terrible.

I’d read on a previous review that the rooms were soundproofed. They were certainly not. I inly managed to sleep when the occupants of the room above finally bedded down.

Great location to the port , nice bar and seating outside

Breakfast was very basic for the price . We had omelette that looked more like a pancake and tasted like scrambled eggs asked for bacon but that was fatty and put on the side would have been beater mixed with the eggs . Continental was very basic not worth the money

The reception staff were excellent and responding everytime i pushed our arrival time ... we did not arrive until 2300hrs... because of traffic problems. Everything was perfect for a budget hotel.The beds were spotless new crisp whit sheets and a hot shower...There is lots of parking, we had a jetski trailer with our campervan... Its on outskirts of the main town 5 mins drive to harbour..CheersJohn

They did everything to sort insurance details of the hotel to deal with the tree blown onto my car in high winds!

Couldn't get under the sink in accessible room as it has a metal bar to change angle but I can't get under it anyway.

Really good gym. Pleasant room. At least one receptionist spoke good English. I could bring my motorcycle close to reception and see it from my room.

The pointless kitchenette. A kettle, some cups and basic cutlery would have been a real plus point. It is in the suburbs, so not a lot to do. But the hotel makes no secret of this.

The location is good and meant we got to the ferry location easier and with less stress. The staff were nice and welcoming. Over all the staff experience was good but we also have negatives The parking was good

The babies cot was very very unstable, quite dangerous and when we turned the hot water on it smelt like sewage. Didn't look like the pictures I saw online if im honest. Was just disappointed and our baby had to sleep with us as we were worried about her sleeping in the cot

Not a lot . One good thing was the receptionist managed to get us a fan to keep us cool having no air conditioning, the room was very basic with no tea or coffee facilities. I found the hotel very basic with no.

We booked a room for 3 and had to wait around for ages as there was a problem with the window.The staff were friendly.

Good location for the airport. Spa is perfect for a wind down. Staff were great. Room was warm, quiet and comfortable.

Lovely grounds and outside areas.

Slowest check in I’ve ever experienced. The paper work was done and yet it still took ten minutes to check in to two rooms. With the heat as it was, we were surprised to have no air conditioning. Getting a drink was also slow as only tie same slow check in person doing bar and reception.
