Location was good, not very close from the center, but not very far away either

The roomed seemed really old in a bad way. I expected much more considering the price that was higher than in some other places where the rooms were spacious, fresh and cozy

Very close to centre, train station and the Barrio Pesquero, which is the fisher people's housing area where they have some great restaurants,

The location was good, near the centre and the bus station. The room was clean.

The hotel was very basic. The lift was noisy at night and woke me up. The bath had no plug.

Was very good location for our stay. The staff were very helpful.

The bed was a little hard and only one pillow.

The hotel is right next to the ferry port,is why I booked it and it is very well priced

There is no carpark you have to park in the street,if you're lucky enough to find a spot,I wasn't. Hotel directed me to a private carpark 2 streets away that cost €17. Which is very secure. The bed was soon uncomfortable.

Beds very hard.Room need a refurbished. Looking very old.Needs more plug sockets and phone sockets. Small TV. Would be nice if tea and coffee in room.Or a machine in reception. For arrival. More pillow as ask for.

Mine was a big room looking out onto the street, which was quieter than expected - I had the window open to help with the heat and it didn't disturb my sleep. The hotel is well located - maybe 7 minutes walk from the bus and train station, 10 minutes from the ferry terminal, and 15 minutes at most from the Centro Botón. The wifi connection was strong. Staff were friendly and helpful on check-in, and the check-out was 12pm, which is nice and late if you have an afternoon travel connection.

I have no complaints, this was comfortable and convenient.

The location was excellent and it was dog friendly.

The bed and the pillow was very uncomfortable. One long pillow for 2 people was not good. Staff did provide a second pillow but they were very uncomfortable.

The shower curtain was decrepit. AC didn't work.

Hotel is in a very cosy position to reach the centre of the city and it is distant 4 km to the beaches and Madgalena Peninsula. Room was big and fitted out with al the necessary, included a clean and useful bathroom with a bath tub. Staff was kind and always available to give informations and solve any kind of requests. Value for money is very profitable

Staff don't speak English and it lacks a socket near the bad to can charge phone

the hotel was close to ferry port, also staff was friendly and helpful with us and with the pet, i was travelling with my French bulldog and the staff was very friendly with pets. the size room was good but tv arial was almost broken and tv was on and off due to poor connexion, but a staff member did fix it.not a touristic hotel, Spanish customers.

the mattress on bed was very hard, (spring hard mattress) and also the pillow was not comfortable as very low and hard. The wiffi was a bit poor as the signal was on and off, basically poor and slow internet.
