This 4-star family hotel is one of the best in the Dolomites, certainly in the Passiria Valley. Three pools, a large spa system and a fitness room.The rooms are large and comfortable with huge TV. A balcony facing the the mountains.A cable car next to the hotel that allows you to go up and hike. The family and staff help with any questions or problems, , and first and foremost, the food is exceptional!!!

Wellness hotel Ratsching is one of the top hotel in the area. We were there for a few days in summer (hiking and relaxing in wellness zone - which is really nice). The staff was very nice and helpful, room was clean and spacious (our room had balcony and table for work or eaiting but hadn't fridge or minibar...). Hotel has spacious garage, and some parking places outside, and one of the best thing was the menu - great and delicious food!

The restaurant, the staff, the location, the gym, pool and the food. Half board was a brilliant choice and real value for money.

In summer the rooms did not have airconditioning and it was quite warm over night. The rooms were a little dated...it feels like a hotel going through a upgrade.

Hotel location and hotel staff was very welcoming. Included garage was a great bonus and was located just under the main lobby. Spa is in good condition, although it might get crowded during the high season. Breakfast was excellent and staff was very helpful and kind. You have the same table for you whole stay and daily local "newspaper" was a nice touch. You might want to consider adding some daily headlines from actual news to that. Drive to the village is fairly easy - it's not long from the main highway and the roads are well maintained. There is a small shop next door and a pizzeria within few hundred meters. Besides that there is hardly anything around, which is great if you look for silence and relaxation

Outdoor pool is quite far from the sauna area, multiple stairs and long corridors.

We LOVED our stay at this hotel. The staff was so well trained, so polite and nice, we really appreciated their hard work and professionalism! The location is STUNNING! The hotel is very well located and the facilities are great.The food.. OMG! One of the best culinary experiences we’ve had so far.

One of the things we were a bit dissapointed with was the room/bathroom’s confort. I believe it could use some upgrade in terms of furniture/appliances and cleaning as well.Right before checking out, I’ve noticed a bug (it looked like a bed bug) on the curtain.Another thing, was the water temperature in the swimming pool (the kids and family one), which was quite low for our 7 months old baby to enjoy it. We really hope these aspects will be improved soon as we plan on going back there next year.

Breakfast were great! The pool and fitness are great, new and clean. Dinner was great too. All in all great place, it has everything.

Fitness opening hours limited. Not for the one who wants to workout after dinner.

Great location, very good food and friendly staff. We got a quite spacious room with a beautiful view over the mountains. Nice swimming pool, perfect to recover after a day on the mountains.

Forniture in the room are a bit dated (but they do their job!)

Everything was perfect, especially the outdoor swimming pool. Just chilling and enjoying the views :) food was also perfect.
