Location was really good

Poor fitness room, hoped for some weight training facilities. Also no kettle facilities in the room.

Great breakfast and dinner, great spa with multiple saunas. Friendly staff

The location is fantastic, the staff very friendly, and the food (both breakfast and dinner) truly excellent. The pool is very nice, with a relaxation area overlooking the mountains and a very good sauna area. I'm not giving 10 because in my opinion the hotel needs some restyling, both in the common areas and in the bedrooms (for example, the carpet should be removed).

Loved the food and the location (very close to the Ratschings gondola). The staff is very friendly and helpful.

Excellent breakfast and dinner. A very good starting point for hiking in the hills. Very friendly and helpful staff. Upon arrival, we were upgraded to a suite, for which we were especially grateful. We were also happy with the spacious garage for cars.

A small refrigerator in the room would be useful on hot summer days.

The availability of the reception and staff was excellent! We had a wonderful time; the breakfast was extensive, offering various types of food, and the dinner was diverse and delicious. The hotel’s location and facilities were also fantastic. Highly recommended for people who love to hike; the hotel offers different excursions. The SPA also has everything from a swimming pool to a sauna and a jacuzzi. The hotel also provides a card for accessing different chairlifts.

The interior of the hotel could be improved as it has an old-fashioned style, but it's very clean and well-maintained by the staff.

The facilities and location are excellent. However, the attention to detail and support from the staff was exceptional. The family pays close attention to every detail of the experience of their guests and it makes for a wonderful stay. This is my second stay in the past two months and I will return again in the fall due to the warmth and support of the staff.

The property was so clean and well care for. The family is absolutely delightful. Vera was so generous with us and kind to our daughter. We enjoyed our stay so much that we looked at future dates for another booking. We booked the half board and were so happy we did.
