Alexander Charme Hotel

Check in was a breeze, and the rooms were very nice and big for European Standards. The bathroom was big and the balcony was the length of the room. The skier lockers were nice for one person, and the boot heaters were great. The food was good, and it was nice to get a choice on selections on the menu. WE had just come from Austria, so it was hard to compare as two different cuisines. The restaurant staff was the best, they remembered all of things we would ask for in anticipation. It was great. will stay here again for sure

The biggest thing that bugged me was having to pay 25 Euro a night for the wellness center. The rooms are already expensive enough and should include the wellness center, which was very nice. It is just hard to justify when you only really stay in the center 1.5 hours at the most. It was a nice steam and sauna rooms.

Very warm welcoming, cozy atmosphere and amazing, uniquely made food. The staff was very nice, kind, helpful and friendly, they made sure we were having our best time on our vacation. The hotel was nice, warm and clean and we will definitely visit again!

The hotel sent me to another hotel (bad hotel) because he said that he has problem with my room when I come to check in.No one give us any compensation.Never treated us like that.To get money they have taken very fast. When you have a problem they ignore you.

Breakfast and restaurant were good

Quite a bit of lies on booking - this is not a ski-to-door hotel And the junior suits do not have a sitting area as advertised on booking. This really is more of a 2-3 star hotel and the entry to the ski room looks more like an entry to a hostel in a bad neighbourhood of Bangkok

Overpriced, nothing special.

Location is not central, breakfast is nothing special, room was spacious but lighting insufficient. We paid 960 euros for one night which is way overpriced.

The hotel has a nice view from the room. The bed and mattress were quite comfortable. Breakfast was okay, and I appreciated that it started early at 7 a.m.

The room felt a bit small

The hotel is very nice, staff is really friendly. They upgraded us to a better room without our request, that was really nice. Breakfast is great.

The lunch menu is only until 3pm and then the dinner starts at 7pm, so it made it a bit hard traveling with a kid.

We were happy but if someone is looking to be close to town, it is not out the door. Still good access by car.

Nice views, nice staff and an excellent spa with a perfect massage therapist. Easy to catch the bus to and from town center.

Wifi does not work throughout property as advertised. It does not work in the main restaurant or the spa facility. Parking is not ideal. The breakfast was okay, and the breakfast staff is very attentive, but whoever cooks the eggs needs some training. They were a disaster every morning.

Most of the staff were simply great, supportive and nice. We liked the restaurant and wonderful dinners within half-board. Balcony and beautiful view from the room.

We did not like our room, old-school, "used", not good mattress and pillows. Room war overall very small and hotel is probably energy saving, because sometimes in the night there was such cold, the same in the afternoon when we came back from the slope, had a shower and need to be in cold room. There were no shelves in the wardrobe, just hangers for clothes. this room is not 4* for sure. I would expect also better breakfasts in terms of choice, eggs were cold almost every day. And what was really weird was guy on the reception who though that we do not understand Italian, so he talked negatively about clients...he could keep it for himself until people leave.

We were unaware that we needed a reservation for dinner, although there were a lot of empty tables when we arrived.

The swimming pool was closed and not working, it happened well in advance and lasted through the duration of our 4 day stay. I think guests should be advised about it before arriving so plans can be changed. Considering that the Swimming pool was a must have option when we were choosing the accommodation we were hoping on some discount to offset the disappointment . . the rooms are tidy but with our so called family room we could hear every noise from the ground floor, as well as all fumes from smoking area we're reaching our window so it had to be closed all times in the evening. We were on HB catering and so the dinners were quite nice but breakfasts were very repetitive and we had small e ham, egg and bred through the duration of our stay.

The breakfast was good and fresh. it could have been richer in options, but the breakfast staff was so attentive and nice that they accommodated our every need.

Wonderful place. Leo and the other staff were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. The room was fantastic, large and with all amenities. Likewise the bathroom and shower - all superb. We had the included dinner and it was delicious, as was the breakfast. A perfect place to stay.
