Beautiful rooms with excellent location and great breakfast

Reception staff very unfriendly and seem to not be interested in their guests. Simply there to look at their computer screens. Did not show you to your room, but simply told you your room number and pointed in a direction. Did not greet us once when arriving or leaving the hotel. Need sincere hospitality training. We felt that as guests we were simply an inconvenience to them.

Breakfast, restaurant, bar, very close to piste and bus stop, friendly staff, underground parking, sauna, cleanliness

Room was a bit noisy (sounds easily heard from other rooms), room style outdated, no gym (one treadmill in the basement does not make a gym/firness club :)), soap dispenser hard to use if you are a kid /weak hands

Perfect combination: friendly staff, delicious breakfast, ideal location.

Everything was perfect!

The hotel is immaculate. Out of 10 different hotels on a tour around Europe, this was by far the best breakfast!! The produce was all of amazing quality which meant everything was delicious. Staff were very helpful and pleasant.

The location, rooms, and breakfast were amazing. Breakfast has international choices and it was delicious. The rooms were clean and quite. The location of the hotel is not properly in the city center but we enjoy the position anyway.

Excellent location, spacious rooms and amenities such as market, restaurants and bars accessible on foot. Excelent place to let the bicycle. Good tips for tourist attractions at reception.

Delay in replacing breakfast items. Although the sauna is very good, the gym room could be better.

Clean. Very good and friendly staff, any question and/or problem receives attention and solution. Good breakfast with fresh juices, cheese, eggs etc. Ski in ski out from backyard located ski room.There is a free bus stop near the hotel to go to the other side of the ski area.Very good restaurant!!! Recommended!!

The rooms are not so comfortable and pampering, very simple, without facilities like an electrical kettle and refrigerator. But, when we asked for a refrigerator, we received it. The bathroom is small, from toiletries is only tubes combine shampoo, conditioner and shower gel.

It was our 2nd time visitimg Hotel Astra. Rooms were lovely. Very good location. Staff was accomodating of our requests.We will be back during our next stay in Livigno

Our room was above the kitchen and it was a bit noisy before 11pm - not too loud though. But after a day of skiing that was no issue for us.

Our room looked different than the one pictured, a lot of noise from restaurant, staff looked like they do not care about foreigners, during breakfast they offered coffee only to Italians and ignored our table and table next to us

Breakfast was continental and there was more or less everything. Rich buffet breakfast. Everything fresh and tasty.

On the beds were waterproof covers over mattresses under cotton sheet. That caused bad sleep, because I was getting hot. I took me one day to find out and get rid of it.

The breakfast at the hotel was great, also the restaurant was very nice. All the staff was excellent especially Jeffrey and Francesca. Also was very nice to be able to park our car in the hotel garage.

I did not like the pillowcases (very poor) the bed linen were of poor quality. Also the room was very very small and dated.

It was clean and the breakfast was good.

Room was to small as was the shower. The wellness Center was just a sauna and a couple of gym things. The boot room was to small as well.

Breakfast was very good and the staff were helpful and jovial.

The bathroom could be improved.

Location!

very poor breakfast if you come after 8 o’clock, triple room was not comfortable at all, and afterall very old, should have a renovation for the price like asked.
