The location is excellent and the staff is ready to help with anything that you require. From helping unload the car to making dinner reservations their assistance was brilliant. The sauna and restaurant were amazing as well and the whirlpool outside was possibly even better than the skiing in the morning. Will Comeback next year.

Distance from the town centre is a bit too far for a late evening walk but the ski-bus stops in front of the hotel.

A wonderful hotel a short distance from the bustling city. The spa area at the hotel is comfortable, calm and beautiful. Swimming pool with warm water, 2 types of saunas. The hotel staff is friendly and very caring. The menu is varied, with a children's menu.

Breakfast buffet is nice, you can ask for eggs of your choice, in case you are not OK with the scrambled and boiled ones, great espresso and cappuccino from the bar, that the staff is happy to prepare for you, sinfully pistachio cream-filled croissants (you must try them!). The room is very nice and modern, really warm, the bathroom can be a bit too much if you travel with kids (the shower is all glass, walk-in and completely see through from the room), spotless clean, the room is made up on a daily basis (and carefully cleaned), wet bathrobes changed after three days, the entire facility smells clean. The spa is also nice, they have a big sauna, indoors pool with hot water and hydro massage and a jacuzzi outside as well. Everything is clean, there is staff present in the spa area at all times, making sure everything is ok. The gym is also well furbished, may you want to use it (open 24-7).

I cannot think of anything that I have disliked, to be honest.

Little bit from the centre, therefore a little quiet. There is a small lift nearby, but it's better to take the car to the bigger lifts a few kilometres away.

Top class facilities geared up around skiing (or biking in summer). Perfect place to recover tired muscles and go again the next day.

I have no words to describe how wonderful these people are and how nice this visit was. The greatest value of this center is its staff, thanks to them you feel at home.
