Cosy rooms, good bed.The restaurant was also good with a nice wine card

Family feeling hotel, so so friendly and helpful stuff, we felt very welcomed. Room was spacious, clean, I never had such comfortable bed matrace - wonderful - I was just a bit upset the bed was not bigger :-) Breakfast was great and we had dinners were excellent, like you would get invited by friend for dinner = home made meal. So delicious. Can only recommend.

The breakfast was good - not exceptional but really fine.What was outstanding was a person: Maria. A short lady: she was there at all breakfasts and all dinners (when we ate in) and she never missed to give us a few words - and some chocolate to our sons. We really felt that she was in a way the secret soul of the place. Not harsh at all but always direct and helpful she was. Thank you so much!

Well, the microwave was dead, the tap on the sink loose and the lamps worked only sporadically. (There must be some issue with the electrical network which they should really fix before one of those old plugs would burn out.)Another thing: some of the towels they gave us were so old and worn-out ... I would never have dared putting them into a room.

Location is great for skiing. The restaurant has very good food we actually ate there alot of times which we wouldn’t normally do, breakfast also good. Rooms are spacious. The staff were super friendly and we had issues with our car before we left and the owner called his mechanic who was there promptly and sorted the issue for us.

Very nice room, storage for the bicycle. This is a very quite zone. Breakfast is full of options and the restaurant food is excellent. The owner is very helpful .

The location is a bit further out of the village center, therefore walking to the zona pedonale would take a bit. Not a problem is you use a bicycle or a car though. There's also public transportation.

Very cozy szállás hotel with a restaurant. The room was nice, comfortable. It is in a nice location, with beautiful view.

Very good breakfast, and the hotel restaurant - probably one of the best cuisines in Livigno

Cozy place, a little bit further away from the centre thus more quiet. Spacious and clean room.

The smell from the restaurant - external ventilation was right in front of our balcony.

All great, but the staff and their attentiveness are outstanding! We traveled with an infant, and all our needs were meet without any hesitation.Extra credits go to magnificent breakfast and restaurant meals in the evenings - the meals, the waiters, the owners - Bellissimo! :)

Friendly hotel with modern rooms. A big plus is the very good restaurant! Enjoyable weekend stay.

Clean

The location is far from the Main Street. There wasn’t elevator and they located us on the second floor with no help with 4 suitcases. There was 2 degrees and the air conditioning didn’t work (in 3 different rooms!). They insist that it’s not really cold. on the forth room it worked, but the noise from it was a nightmare. The facilities and the breakfast were poor.

Nice little Hotel with very friendly and familiar atmosphere. A very good restaurant with Great food for reasonable prices. Good and varied breakfast.
