Pros +
- Staff anticipating guests' wishes.Great food, modern edition of traditional cuisine from Valtellina.
- An incredible hotel! One of the best we've ever stayed at. The rooms are stunning, the staff was exceptionally friendly and helpful, the food was outstanding and the wellness center was really great. The hotel also organized a snowshoe walking tour, which was a unique and special experience. We will definetyly come back next time we will be in Livignio. Before booking, we had a few concerns:Food – We didn’t find many reviews about the food, especially dinner, which made us hesitant. However, we decided to go with the half-board option, and we’re so glad we did. The food was absolutely fantastic! If you're considering it, definitely go for the half board—you won’t regret it.Location – We skied in Mottolino, which required taking the blue bus. One great advantage of the hotel’s location is that the bus is almost empty when heading to the gondola, as it drops most people before the hotel'sstation. On the way back, most skiers prefer other buses, so it’s not too as crowded as the other buses. Overall, it's a great location for skiing.A big thank you to Maurizio, Georgia, and Simon for an amazing week!
- Amazing!! Such a cosy, calm retreat after skiing. Incredible drinks selection at the bar and the spa facilities were wonderful.

The building was modern but very authentic. The friendly atmosphere set by the staff and the breakfast was fantastic

Spatious rooms, bathrooms as well as the wellness area. There is a dry sauna, a turkish bath, jacuzzi and a relaxation room open 4,5h daily, no reservation needed and never overcrowded even at a peak hour. All perfectly clean. Rich breakfast. Very nice staff remembering your names and needs from minute one on, they feel like your friends. Big ski room with your own locker. Location all right for snowboarders as we did not mind an 8-min walk to the nearest ski lift (there is a shortcut). City centre 15mins walking away. This is a nice part of Livigno with beautiful views and we would definitely stay here again during our next visit.
We did not try ski bus, but there was a stop nearby. For a skier wearing uncomfortable ski boots a ski bus or a taxi are the only options to get to ski lifts. It is not walking distance. But depends on your preferences...
The hotel itself was a very well kept and clean hotel. The rooms were extremely comfortable and the food and cofee was delicious. The staff were all very friendly and amazing and they were very patient. The spa area was very relaxing and clean. Our overall experience was amazing I we will surely book again if we visit Livigno again!Highly highly recommended
Breakfast was good and the room was fantastic. The real standout for this stay was the spa area. Great area with hot tub, steam room and sauna. Provided robes and slippers too! The only down side is the spa is only open 2:30-7. I would come back for the spa!!
It was all wonderful!
Decor v goodSpa was excellent Good breakfast Lovely soaps etc
Half board option - food was mediocre
Excellent staff, location, hotel, food! Congrats for their work!We will come back anytime possible!
Everything! The staff were so friendly and helpful. It is a beautiful hotel with amazing views of the alps. The spa and restaurant were a bonus. Also loved sitting by the fireplace in the evenings.
Spa was busier at weekends.
Family-friendly, smallish and intimate hotel. Everything is brand new and the very best quality. ALL the staff are excellent (especially Maurizio): they make you feel very welcome and are very friendly and helpful. The room was exceptionally spacious and luxurious, the beds were very comfortable. We had no noise nuisance from elsewhere whatsoever. Beautiful views & surroundings, calm & tranquil setting. Food and wellness facilities were great. The best hotel-stay we've ever had!!!
The blue bus line (that services this hotel's area) was a big disappointment... mainly due to its infrequency & unreliability (most times only every second scheduled blue bus arrived, and once passengers were stranded on route on the outskirts of town for about 20 minutes waiting for a change of driver...). BUT at least the hotel IS within walking distance of the ski slopes, and an enjoyable walk it is too.
Clean, new modern, good spa.
The pillos could be more comfortable. A bit far away. The buss system of Livigno has a lot to improove, but this is by all means not related to the hotel.
Excellent and friendly service by the staff. Rich breakfast. Nice spa. Comfortable bed, large bathroom. Every thing was perfect. We enjoyed our stay, and will recommend this nice hotel.
New hotel, large room, nice common rooms with a fireplace, friendly personal.
The hotel was really clean and comfortable, the staff were very polite and friendly. We went in the ski season and we were really amazed because they have a ski room where you can leave you ski equipment to dry over night, in the morning you could wear your boots warm. The food was delicious, we had a demi pension booking. At dinner you could choose from the menu ( that is different every day) what you pleased, they had only 2 options for appetizer, main course and dessert from which to choose.
Besides the cozy building, food and service, the Team is delivering a personalized experience.Maurizio and Team, thanks for being there for us as a real family: helping, supporting and caring!
Highly recommended
Everything!

One of the best experiences. Beautiful little hotel with the nicest people ever. We definitely will be back!
Very hospitable and kind personnel. They went out their way to make sure we and other guests enjoyed our stay.
