The rooms are quite small and amenities are old. The bathroom is very small and uncomfortable. Cleaning of the rooms is not on a good level. The hotel need renovation. The service in the restaurant is not good, you are waiting 20 min. to order and another 20 min. to get the meal.
The breakfast quality was quite high, the rooms were clean and comfortable and the spa was a nice option. The central location gave us the opportunity to reach the various ski lifts with ease. The ski deposit was also helpful.
The breakfast staff was quite lazy. We had to constantly ask for food and beverages that were missing from the buffet. Some room sockets didn't work and in the older part of the hotel, it smelled like mold.

The restaurant is simply exceptional; the staff is one of the kindest ever met, ready to satisfy any need or solve any issue that might occur. The air you can breathe is familiar, you feel like home.
Wonderful alpine decor with attention to every detail. A great surprise was a 3 course vegan meal at the restaurant. This is a very well run hotel.
