Room was too small

Spacious rooms with nice bathroom and balcony. In the center, great restaurant at hotel.

Spa and in Town position, staff at any time of day and night. A special nominerà for Mirko at the Bistrot: he's one out of thousands.

The neighbours were extremely noisy.

We booked a deluxe double room, the room was very clean and comfortable. The hotel is very centrally located with a good breakfast and a large selection of food. The great atmosphere was provided with live music until 23:30. The atmosphere in the hotel is unique and fantastic. The hotel staff is very friendly, caring and helpful. We had a small technical problem with our car and we got help from hotel staff superb quickly. I would like to take this opportunity to thank everybody. You made our stay at the hotel very enjoyable.

The deluxe room and bathroom were too small. If you like more space then this room is not for you.

Amazing stay, lovely staff at the Bivio restaurant, disco, Hotel and spa. Will definitely recommend.

The room was big, functional and warm. The location of the hotel was very good, it is pretty near a very good gondola. The breakfast was great as well. All in all, loved everything.

The stay at Bivio Hotel was very nice. We were greeted very friendly by reception staff and even received a free room upgrade.The service in the restaurant was also great. We definitely come back to Bivio Hotel.Thank you for the great stay ?.

Great stay over as we travel thru Italy - lovely hotel - dinner was the best we have had all duration of our holiday - the bistro is amazing

We like to sleep with windows open and the noise outside until the early hours was surprising!

Breakfast and dinner were good.

Room had uncomfortable slanted ceiling. We were told that this was an upgrade. Kept hitting head on ceiling when getting up from bed.

A wonderful room with a large bed and large tub. The design is excellent! The location in the middle of Livigno is excellent and there is hardly any noise.

Great location, well made room, beautiful views, but the best is staff! Very sorry didn’t get names of very pleasant guy at the front desk and a man who helped with bags first and later assisted with putting a snow chains on my car, I was very worried but they helped to make our stay and departure very smooth and enjoyable. Thank you very much! Definitely a place to stay in Livigno.

Lovely friendly staff, great rooms and amenities, perfect location in the center, exceptional dinner at the Cantina Restaurant. We missed the SPA facilities, we arrived late and we left early :(Breakfast was the best we had in this trip - wonderful choice of fresh fruit, juices, pastry, eggs, cold cuts, cheeses.....just about everything.

low quality breakfast, not in line with pricing and with the quality of the food server at the retail side of the structure.Parking feasible but difficult with a 5mt car

The breakfast, the staff, the location! Everything was perfect! The hotel has a free parking garage and spa. The restaurants were both excellent!

The hot tub outside could of been hotter.

Beautyfull room, breakfast and service!

The staff is very helpful and welcoming. They called us on the evening on the way to the hotel to find out if we wanted to have dinner and made sure that the restaurant could serve us dinner on arrival. Excellent location very close to lifts and right in the center of town. Nice spa open at reasonable times.

Superior Deluxe Room Very comfortable but horrible paint colour on walls. Not easy on the eyes..

The staff was amazing all the times and the pool was very good.

in the breakfast there wasn't any croissant, they said would be 15 minutos but never show up.
