Maybe a bit of renovations in the bathroom?

Location was great and the staff very nice and helpful. There's a wonderful terrace overlooking the sea. Many restaurants are nearby.

The room was quite small. It looks like a communist era hotel that has been upgraded to some degree. The breakfast was okay, although one of us never had such good scrambled eggs at a buffet breakfast at any hotel. They were fresh and fluffy. The hot water in the sink was a trickle. We didn't notice this until we had settled in, and we didn't want to change rooms. The hot water and the shower, however, was excellent.

The location is fantastic

Actual key needed to lock room from inside or out. Only given one key so need to coordinate when splitting up. Room was small, outdated and dirty. Bathroom needed attention: broken sink, moldy grout, towel bar barely hanging on the wall, toilet disgusting. There was a roughly 3x3 column taking up the already sparse floor space. A/C was ineffective and wasn’t on when we arrived. Seaview was block by shutters and curtains which were closed cuz A/C ineffective and it was HOT. The breakfast included was awful. Coffee machine was broken, juice tasted like water, options were sparse and not appealing. Overall disappointed with the condition of the property.

It was cold, one small heater in room, without heating in bathroom, shower didn’t work.

LOcation is the best! We loved it and it was a great New Year's night around Sibenik and very handy to have a room near by everything :) Breakfast was nice.

Room was a little dated and faded. Breakfast was pretty plain.

The view and the location on the seafront and being just outside the old town gate are great. The front desk person, whose name begins with a J, was wonderful, kind, professional, genuinely friendly, and very helpful. The breakfast was good.

The room was extremely small and generally terrible, with old furniture, bad lighting, and next to no electrical outlets. The ceiling had waterstains. There was a support column in the room, making the room even smaller. The door to the corridor was flimsy, and the windows were single-pane and old, and you could hear every word of everyone passing by the room and sitting talking at the outdoor Cafe under the front-facing rooms. It was very noisy and like having people in the room. The bathroom was beyond dated, and the overhead light did not work, so it was dark. Because it is dark in the bathroom, it was not cleaned well. Very unpleasant in there. The entire building needs to be fully renovated. It is way overpriced for the condition of the rooms. Also, due to an organized footrace taking place in the morning, the road was going to be closed in front of the hotel starting at 10 am until 1 pm, but we were not notified of this until we went down for breakfast. We had to rush to drive away before the road was closed. The hotel should have posted a notice regarding the road closure the evening before to alert guests.

Situated in front of the bay and couple steps to the beautiful streets of Šibenik. Dinner is awesome, breakfast is good enough.

Breakfast poor lacking choice and poor quality

,breakfast quality poor, very slow to replenish. Reception area tatty as we're landings. Lift needs servicing, door not shutting correctly. Shower curtain ineffective bathroom floor very wet from shower

Loved the location right on the waterfront. Breakfast was decent and staff was nice.

The rooms are pretty sparse and could use some decor and updating. Also the tub was not very clean.

location great, parking, we were lucky to be able to park in the small parking lot by the hotel. Breakfast was great and we could eat outside overlooking the water.

Air conditioner didn't cool the room off since it was very hot outside and the sun was shining on our room.

Greate staff! We used the room just for sleeping and it was comfortable, If you expect big and luxury rooms than this not for you. We enjoyed the stay and recommend it. The ferryboat to the islands of the Šibenik archipelago is 5 minutes away from the hotel.Location and the view are superb. Parking is available for the guests.The breakfast was included and it was good.

Tha bathtube was damaged, the plastic has started to peel off.

Very friendly hotel and staff. It's not a 5-star I know, but everything was perfectly fine and I genuinely enjoyed my stay. Comfortable bed, small but adequate room. Lovely view over the Adriatic. Great terrace both for evening drinks and the very good breakfast. Strongly recommend.

Difficult to say - I enjoyed my stay.

The best thing was to leave the hotel after a very noisy and hot night. The climatisation is very noisy, and it is needy when the temperature in the room is 28 degrees at 1:00 AM.

Everything, except the receptionist who was very kindly at the check out.
